September Banlist Has Been Leaked?

Well apparently the new banlist has been leaked but people are saying its a fake....

There's no actual leak. It's all completely speculation at this time. Until there's an official announcement from Konami, any idiot could make up a random banlist and call it a legitimate leak for the sake of swindling people in trades.

The most accurate you're going to get in terms of fake banlists would probably be the ones labeled "September 2010 Banlist Predictions" because, despite being speculation, they usually know enough about the inner workings of the game to be right about 75-80% of the time.

the ocg has the magazine with the list. the promo that comes with it is that grannel infinity guy.

there are scans of the card up for sale at yahoo auctions.

the ocg has the list, just nobody has spoiled it yet (these are the people who subscribe of course, they get it early, the actual magazine wont hit shelves till next week).

So one of the banned ladies is coming back then huh? Shame it's not Witch of the Black Forest or Tsukuyomi, but I can deal.

Also, a few minor problems with the banlist.

Firstly, Archfiend SHOULD be at 1, Goyo should not be at 2, and Cyber Dragon should not be at 3. Other than that, I'm cool with the changes.

Scapegoat, Swords, and Cylinder all at 2 is incredibly lolworthy to say the least.

Well the thing with Swords, Scapegoat, and Cylinder is that, while they are staples and useful staples at that, they are hardly EVER used in a competitive format. That being said, I didn't expect them to get less restricted this format and I find it absolutely hilarious that they did, because more people will use those cards now.
