yeah, I had a big ole gaping hole in my lip that was gushing blood and I didn't realize it for a good 45 minutes because my face was numb (had gotten a root canal) and I was home alone, so nobody could say 'omg lyzz yer bleeding'

Yeah, I still have battle scars from that. And by battle scars I mean those god awful canker sores. xp

When you first get them, ketchup is like the devil! At least for me... it's all the salt- except it is one heck of a great way to get it to heel up real quick. Same with eatting potato chips for any cut in your mouth. All the salt!

I will agree, salt affects me more just on its own. Ugh, you know what's also awful? When you eat something too rich or salty, and your tongue gets these sores or bumps on them...muuuuur. Terrible.

Yeah, I totally know what you are talking about. It is rare that it happens to me, but it stinks when it does. I have a good friend of mine that had a tastebud get clodged when we were in HS. She ended up with this huge lump- like the size of an acorn that she had to have surgery on. It was pretty wicked/gross.

So I found out the painkillers I got when I was kicked in the leg by a horse are stronger than vicodin biggrin
