Do you mean character avatars or picture avatars?

I'm not really game to making avatars, but if you mean the picture kind,

That community has all sorts of fan posts, including avatars. Make sure you credit the username of whoever made it though.

If you want to post an image on the forums use "link of picture", replacing the "<" ">" with brackets.
For actual html, "" is what you use.
