it's a voiced labiodental approximant
to say it, position your mouth like you do for a v, and blow out like you would for a W, or English R.

Disliked consonants: /ʀ/ /dʒ/ /tʃ/
Disliked vowels: No particular disliked vowels, although I do get frustrated over sounds which I cannot pronounce.
