((OOC: I feel the urge to first explain what gave me the idea of this rp. Yes, .Hack// was a huge impression of this rp. Now I will welcome you all to Land of Darkness. Btw, this is worded in the in-game way.))

It came out of nowhere, no news about it, not until it was released. Even then, they didn't know about it, not until word of mouth gave it the attention so many people thought it deserved. Following a year after its release, it is known all over. What is it, you ask? It is a computer game, but more. It connects many people around the world that share the love of a game known all over the world. It fit the tag of MMO... Massive Multiplayer Online. It is known as Land of Darkness.

When you get the game, you are given a headset and a controller. The owner's manual states that you must fill out a form on the game's site before you can play. When you go there, you see the following form:

Deck Master: Each duelist must have a Deck Master. It is a monster that helps in a similar way as a Duel Spirit. The only difference is shown in four ways: a) It is not in play but you start the game with it next to you in a duel. b) you can put it in play, but you can't bring it back. c) its Duel Master effect can be activated at any time as long as the conditions are met. d) Once it is destroyed in any way, you automatically lose and must heal the monster in a town.

To Heal: go to a clinic at any town.
