Not sure if you're still searching for elven music, or not... but Guenivere's Tears by David Arkenstone is elf natured, and is a beautiful song. It's difficult to find, but searching Undomiel (Evenstar) in Youtube will find it for you. Hope it helps. It is a beautiful piece.

Elves are part of like the forest and with animals and things so I would imagine they could make a lot of different musical instruments, just with a more earthen tone you know?

Reeds, Drums, strings(made from tendons and such) is my perspective on the matter.

So more of medieval sort of tone to it.

I know it's said somewhere in the books the kind of music that the Elves have. There's flutes and harps for sure. I've always imagined Elven music to be of the Celtic variety with some Oriental influence. ^.^ Actually right now I'm listening to a Celtic Mysteries cd and feel very Elvish. xd

The kind of music I usually listen to is, well. . .more or less anything. Except for country. . . and most pop. I love Industrial music, hard techno, punk, metal, rock. Lot's of aggressive stuff actually. But my Celtic roots always call me back. ^.^ I adore Celtic music, anything Irish, lot's of Japanese (new and classical - I love Taiko).

Would you call being half welsh half english celtic?
