Yes, I want to put ON weight.
Since the beginning of school I've lost between 8-10 pounds.
I'm roughly 116-117 atm, which I haven't been since I was in like, grade 9.

on me, that kind of weight makes a big difference cause I have such a small frame. I think the 123-125 area would be super, I miss having tits and an a** :{


I went to the doctor before xmas about it, thinking it was maybe stress related, but he was like
Well you'd put on some weight if it was stress related during your holiday

and I didn't, soo.
i'm also waiting on some blood tests results to see if anything there explains this but for now

The healthier way would be to eat meats, carbs, peanuts, beans, avocados, coconut...

Seems like you should just up your caloric intake, so it's not so much about eating fatty foods but about eating more food in general. You still have to have healthy proportions of everything but just eat more of it. Either bigger portions or more meals in a day.

Yes. Eating more than 10-15% fat in your diet can do awful things to your health. I'd just do high calorie high carb.

I swear to god my stomach shrank though, like it feels like I used to be able to eat way more. I'll give it a try though!

Cause I mean I do still always eat breakfast lunch and dinner with snacks in between too.

I'd go for a lot of meat and carbs. Lots of breads are what do anjel in on gaining weight, lol. I can eat so much and not gain anything, though recently I feel like my stomach shrank too. Just try eating a little more every day. Good luck. :]

Do you eat any of those specialty gluten free baked goods and foods from the grocery store? They're usually loaded with fat and sugar to make them taste good.
