i now weigh 120.
i haven't even been exercising, i'm just drinking more water, less soda, smaller portions, and i only eat when i'm truly hungry.
the only exercise i get is work (running around with hot coffee pots omg), 5 minute walk to school, and a 15 minute walk home.

All those things you mentioned can make a big difference.
I lost several pounds that way (over a few month period) but yeah man, makes a difference.

I weighed 115lbs in the summer and now I weigh 128lbs. Nothing changed but my tits/a** got bigger which is okay I guess

I've been losing weight pretty much the same way. 3nodding

Soda dehydrates your body, which really makes you bloat up and take in more water from foods and stuff. Only eating when you're hungry, and stopping when you're not is really good for you as well.

Also walking is more effective than many people think :3

I started keeping a food journal and trying not to snack so much, but it's only been a week since I started trying to lose weight (so I haven't made much real progress).

Not sure if you know this, but snacking and eating a lot of little meals throughout the day rather than just 3 big meals is much healthier. Just, of course, have to make sure you're snacking healthy, lol.
