It's gotta be food related. Or maybe a new allergy that I am developing. It's not uncomfortable or painful, it just stinks and I fart constantly.
It doens't seem to be lactose related. I didn't drink milk for a day or two and still farted.
Honestly, I've been eating a lot of spicy food lately. It may be that.

Just play with a food diet, eating certain foods and seeing if you still react or not. If nothing helps I'd recommend going to the doctor cause something would have to be up besides food.

Low stomach acid from eating not enough greens can make that happen. You eat a lot of spinach but you've been home from work recently. Do you eat as much spinach at home?
OH GOD. I was wondering if that was it. I was thinking about it some a few days ago when the gas came back.
I barely touched spinach while I was at home. I only usually eat it Mon-Fri and sometimes on Sat if I meet Brandon after work and we go to the grocery store. Sometimes I will get the salad bar.
I have also rediscovered the joys of cheese, wine and crackers. >.>
I hope that's it. Like I said, it's not painful or even uncomfortable, just stinky and embarassing.
