I was just wondering if anyone's ever gone to the Walt Disney Family Mudeum? I went in March and it was soooooooo awesome. U can't take pictures inside, which makes me sad, but there's a huge model of Disneyland in one room. Towards the beginning its got a room that plays clips of Walt's Alice comedies. There's so much awesome stuff in between and I really recommend it to everyone. WARNING: the end will make u cry. I cried, and I nvr cry. Anywho, if you've been or planning to go, plz post below! It's in San Fran, CA, incase some ppl dont know...

Aww I would love to go! There is some kind of Walt Disney Museum in Orlando, Florida too. It's in MGM...I have only been in there once and I was really young when I went in there....I'm not sure if it's the same as the one you're talking about.

This sounds amazing. I've never even heard of a Walt Disney Museum! California is soooo far away, but maybe I can go one day! Did you have a favorite part?

@ Xxhannie_bananiexX: The one in CA is different. It's not owned by the Disney company, but by the Disney family. Almost everything in the museum was donated from Walt Disney's remaining decendants. I've never been to WDW, so I wouldn't know about the MGM museum, but WDFM seems extremely unique.
@ Spark of Madness: It was all really amazing but I especially enjoyed the Disneyland room and the room deticated to his early color cartoons/snow white.

The one at Disney's Hollywood Studios (Previously MGM) is called One Man's Dream. I read somewhere by D23 that it's going to be packed up and moved to Cali. Don't know when or if it actually will. But OMD at DHS is a walk through exhibit. It features objects such as the Walt's Alice shorts and how they originally started filming animated movies. Then it has models of Disneyland Resort in California, Tower of Terror, EPCOT, Cinderella's Castle at Walt Disney World. There is like a 20 minute documentary narrated by Julie Andrews about Walt.

Sounds a lot like the one in San Fran, I would love to c the Julie Andrews thing tho! I love her.
