	I really dont know why its a good card. Its effect is so-so and its atk isnt all that good. So why have it in a deck?

	Voltic Bicorn has decent stats for a Level 7. But the milling ability is it's strongsuit. 7 card milling + beatstick is a pretty good card when you're running an offensive mill deck

Have fun making an Aggro Mill deck for the first time ever in Yugioh that WORKS.
