Personally, I believe that planning future decks around cards that will be released within a year's time is a good thing. It helps save money as you can figure when the prices of cards you will need will be at their lowest.

Talk about what you want but, you're basically planning a Slifer deck around his anime effect because we don't have a real one yet.

If these so called "Godly" cards come out I would need 1 of each of them cause i can bring them out so easily 2 spys and a plaguespreader. Gorz, Treeborn, and Plaguespreader. Easy situational cards to make me come back from a win. :3

There is one released in the TCG, one soon to come. It was a bad example.

The fact is we have an idea of their effects of course we know they will have altered effects.

Ra is almost nothing like his show effect though. No gain from the tributed monsters forces you to spend all but one or one hundred, I can't remember, of your life points upon his summon for him to have stats. THEN you can pay 1000 LP to destroy?

Obelisk was closer, but still completely out of wack.

How can we claim them to be broken or build a deck around something that we know is going to be completely messed up in comparison to the anime? We can't.
