When you feel that you have completed all the requirements for growth please fill out the form, found below, and PM it to 'Life Dust'. We will then look over your application for growth and if we feel that you have completed the requirements you will be listed here so that you artist can prepare the next stage of your Dust's art. If we do not feel that you have quite met the requirements a polite reply will ensue alongside some helpful tips on what you might want to do so that you will be successful next time you apply.
