I have to go with Cloud, he pushed everyone away but eventually let them in his world. He took being toyed and used it as a weapon. That in my book he is the True of the True characters in FF. Hope they make another with him again. wink

I chose "Other", because apparently I'm the only one who thinks Gilgamesh is so awesome he deserves his own FF game.. And of course he has the best Battle theme (Clash on Big Bridge) outside Laguna Loire, especially when you listen to the Black Mages' remix.. "Faithful sidekick..? Enkidu..?" *turns around* "HEY! The sidekick is NOT supposed to ditch the Hero!"

I almost forgot, I can't believe nobody mentioned Zell Dincht either.. Holy crap, I could watch the almost-9min.-long video on Youtube "FF8 ONE MILLION Damage Limit Break", of a guy using Zell's 12-second timer to execute the 100+ spam-attacks of Booya, Punch Rush, and Heel Drop repeatedly to demolish Omega Weapon, until my face melts and my head explodes..Put Zell, Sabin Figaro (FF6) and Tifa on a team, and even something as strong as Yiazmat will go down in no time flat..
