So, I'm pretty sure I know why This monster is a Synchro/Tuner. Says for a later episode (Episode 151 I believe) That Yusei will Delta Accel Synchro Summon with the Signer Dragons. Yusei will probably find a way to lower the monsters' levels and then Delta Accel with Lifestream and 2 other dragons
I'm thinking a card turns a number of monsters on his field to level 1, tune w/ level 8 life-stream, along w/ level 1s for RDD, AFD, BRD, and BFD.
