Era listened to Arion, Kamen confided in him quite a bit then. She closed her eyes and sighed a little. "That might have been true four years ago when he left but..." She opened her eyes and looked towards Kamen he appeared to be talking with a young women with golden colored hair and eyes. "that mostly had to do with the arranged Marriage. He didn't get to choose who he would be with so he wanted to be able to look for someone on his own merrit." She closed her eyes again then. "But right now...Kamen is not doing this because he wants to, he is doing this for the sake of his duty to his family, the good for nothing bastards" she finished in a whisper. She noticed Kamen walk up to them then with the young women.

"Arion, this is Goldmoon..." Kamen said, he coughed a little and looked down then back up at him, "My um...Fiencee..." he said, his tone about the matter was hard to read, he didnt seem happy about the thought but he was also not sounding sad about it either.

Goldmoon looked at Arion with a smile. "Hello Arion, nice to meet you."

Do not be fooled by my calm demeanor

Hearing the word 'Arranged marriage' got a small groel to rise up, but Aripn so stopped it. One of things that Arion remembered about his mother was that she was actually supposed to be in an arranged marriage, because she was the daughter of a high ranking noble. It's why they wanted him and his father dead for so long.
" I never understood arranged marriages, they seem like a curse. If you ask me." Arion said.

But, then Kamen began approaching them and Arion shut up. Aaaaaand this was why he didn't want to let his hope rise, he thought to himself as Kamen introduced his fiancée to him.
Arion kept his emotions hidden as hr bowed his head at Goldmoon "A pleasure" he said in return.

Goldmoon smiled more at Arion then."Kamen has told me you helped him during his travels, I'm glad to hear you kept him safe from harm"

Era closed her eyes listening to them talk, her mind went to what Arion had said about arranged marriages being curses, she had to agree. She opened her eyes and looked at her watch again then looked at Goldmoon. "Goldmoon it's about time for dinner and you've been on your feet alot I'll escort you to the table."

Goldmoon looked at Era and nodded. "Alright, thank you Miss Era, I am pretty tired."

Kamen watched as Era and Goldmoon walked off, leaving him alone with Arion again, he looked at the Elemental and smiled at him. "I guess we should go ahead and sit too, I was hoping you would sit with me, but if you would rather sit at another table..." he traied off, not really sure how to finish that sentance, right now he would rather Arion sit with him, but he was probabbly having a hard time right now as it was, and he didn't want to push him away to the point he might leave.

Arion only gave Goldmoon a small smile and nodded, not quite, he thought as he remembered the day that Caleb stabbed him.

But then Era took Goldmoon away and Kamen spoke up once more " I can sit with you if you like. I do not really know where to sit myself" Arion replied with a nod.

Kamen smiled and nodded "Our table is over here" he said as he followed after Goldmoon and Era.

After the dinner had concluded Kamen was talking to some folkes him and Goldmoon, Era stood off to the side watching. Goldmoon yawned and Kamen looked at her. "You okay?"

"I am fine Kamen dont worry"she said as she found a seat and sat down.

Kamen frowned. "No, you need rest youve had a long day"

Goldmoon looked at him. "Kamen, I am fine"

Era sighed and shook her head.

Arion watched Kamen talk to others, and watched how he talked to Goldmoon. Arions eyes lowered as he felt a sudden pain in his chest. Debating on whether walking out into the balcony or not, to give them some space, he let out a sigh and leaned against the window sill, until he over heard Kamen and Goldmoons conversation. Looking over at them, he became confused and a little concerned.
Walking over to them he looked at Goldmoon "Im sorry, but I couldnt help and over hear, are you sure you are okay?" Arion asked.

Goldmoon looked at Arion then, they were all starting to get on her nerves, made her wonder if everyone knew. I am fine, thank you. she said, as she stood up again and looked at Kamen. "It's late though, and tomorrow is supposed to be a busy day Good night Kamen." she walked over and gently kissed his cheek and patted his chest. "And stop being a worry wort okay Kamen I'm fine." she looked at Arion and smiled at him then turned around and walked for the restraunts exit.

Kamen watched her go he blinkd then he sighed and rubbed his forehead. He looked at Era when her hand appeared on his shoulder.

"I'll be sure she gets home, you should rest Kamen." She looked at Arion and lightly bowed her head to him. "Nice to have met you again Arion, good night." she turned and followed after Goldmoon then.

Arion stood back up to his usual height when Goldmoon spoke, he caught something off because her core temperature seemed to rise, if only a little. He could only assume why, and it actually made him feel like he had made her angry and sort of made him regret approaching her.

"Ms. Era, the pleasure was mine", he said also bowing his head "may you fare well" he added in before she left.

Era glanced behind her waved buy to Arion then continued onward after Goldmoon

Kamen waited tell they had both left the rastraunt then he sighed and turned his back to it and closed his eyes thinking then he looked at Arion. "I guess we should go too." he said, and without waiting he went another way, towards a part of the restraunt that had an opening to the lobby of the hotel it was attached to, he walked for the Elevator and when one showed up he walked in and waited for Arion.

Arion was confused, he didnt quite understand what Kamen was doing, until he noticed him waiting for him. Slowly, he turned and began walking towards the elevator, stopping only when he was inside of it.
"Where are we talking?" Arion asked looking at the door as they closed.

"I rented a room so we could talk alone." Kamen said as the door to the elevator closed and he pushed the button for the top floor and it started moving.

Arion nodded "Very well then" was all he said as he quietly waited o get to the room. The silence, felt deffenning as he studiously avoided looking at Kamen, his hands once more, slipped into his pockets as he leaned back against the elevator wall.

Kamen did his best and avoided looking towards Arion right now, he would wait to look at him in the eyes once they were in the room. When the door's dinged and opened he walked out and headed down the hall. He stopped at a door and used the key then walked in and waited for Arion to enter before closing the door. After that he closed it and sighed and looked at Arion. "You thirsty?" he asked as he walked torwards the fridge that was in the room.
