"I don't think she has a proper danger sense. But I'm glad she managed to pull it of." He said with a sort of relieved sigh. Theo began to levitate and picked up both Ako and Gidget. It was faster than walking.

"Yeah let's go" He replied as they made their way to the medbay.

Heather withdrew into the massive cloud of steam. For a few seconds she could not be seen. It wasn't until the thick cloud dissipated. Heather was back in her dragoness form and laying atop her brother. She had shielded him from the steam with her wings.

She lifted her head slightly and cracked open her eyes. Without looking at anyone in particular she mouthed something that would be difficult to lip read due to her snout.

Her eyes fluttered, and her head dropped back onto Larry's body. The security team siezed the opportunity and apprehended her. She did not struggle. She simply let them bind and muzzle her.

One of the SO's turned to Kerana and Deora with a satisfied sigh. "Job well done, girls. We'll take it from here."

"No wait! Stop! Please! She's my friend... she's okay now... just... .. just don't do this. Please she needs to be among friends. Her brother just died and seeing that brought forth the dragon you saw moments ago. She... she was just overwhelmed with emotion. Please don't lock her up, it would make matters worse..." Kerana was trying to find options. She looked to Deora and bit her lip, "We'll take care of her... and if she becomes the raging dragon under my care, then.... then you can lock me up too."

Deora lowered her hands as the steam dissipated, her hold on the water vapor weakening to the point of being unnoticeable. She watched as the dragon mouthed something to them, and was overrun by the security force. Deora very nearly leapt to her aid before realizing it would be pointless. They were doing there job, and restraining the dragon was probably the safest option.

She listened as Kerana made her plea, and wondered where they could even try to lock the dragon up. She remembered the pool and water-meta training areas, and made a guess. "Is there a fireproof room we can take her too? Something with a sprinkler system or access to a lot of water to control any fires? Maybe a training room for fire-metas? Kerana and I could stay with her there, at least until she changes back to her old self. I can handle ay fires, and Kerana is the best person here to comfort her. We're her best shot, and yours."

The SO shook his head. "Lost to the beast or no, she killed a man. On top of that she injured several others and damaged anything she could get her eyes on. I'm sorry, but we have to take her into custody for the time being."

"You can accompany us if you'd like."

Heather stood up with the assistance of the guards. She was completely exposed since her wings and hands were bound behind her back. She didn't seem to care. The muzzle kept her mouth closed and unable to speak. She kept her eyes to the ground in despair and shame.

Theonis and the others were met by a medical team and several guards upon their arrival. "We've got them from here." said one of the medics as the guards surrounded the men carrying their loved ones in case they resisted.

Trinity was taken by the medic. They did a scan on her body which indicated she needed to get some nutrients absorbed for a quicker recovery. She was placed in a tube filled with the stuff with an oxygen mask there ready for when she comes to. Because she needed to absorb as much nutrients as possible they removed Theonis' shirt and her choker.

The medic returned to Theonis with his shirt and her choker on the back of it had an inscription "The darker the shadow, the brighter the light." The medic didn't pay much attention to the choker, "I think it may be best if you hold on to these. I take it you're her boyfriend. She's not conscious but she's stable. According to our calculations it she should come to around an hour and a half. I can take you to her if you would like to wait."

Sadly the SO had a point. Heather had to answer for her crimes, even though the fox girl knew she wasn't in the right frame of mind. As the SO offered, Kerana nodded and followed the SOs as they escorted Heather to custody. She wanted to be there for her so much, even in her defeated disposition, Kerana could sense she was still hurting on the inside.

Theo didn't want to let go of her. Especially when they got surrounded. He could have struck out but he didn't. No, that wouldn't have helped Trinity. Though he carefully handed her over and quickly told them he was keeping her heart and lungs going.

Afterwards in the medbay he received his shirt and her choker. After he had put on his shirt he nodded. " Yeah....yeah I'd like that." His fatigue was beginning to show. After all...it has been a long and hectic day.

The medic was walking down the hall with Theonis when they arrived to the room where Trinity resided, she looked like she could wake any moment. There was a chair next to the tube. The medic noticed that Theonis looked very tired, "You feeling alright sir?" she asked.

He let out a deep sigh and dropped himself in the chair

"Yeah, I'm alright. It's just been a long day. That's all."He replied as he looked at Trinity in her tube. It was like some weird Sci-Fi movie that she had to be naked like that. Nothing he hadn't seen before though.

"She looks...peaceful."

She wanted to be there for her so much, even in her defeated disposition, Kerana could sense she was still hurting on the inside.

Heather was escorted to a specialized cell for metas that could transform. A collar was placed around her neck that would choke the life out of her should she attempt to grow larger. Wrist and ankle braces of a similar purpose were clamped onto her. Although they were not attached to a wall, they were designed to constrict should she try to leave the cell.

Once she was secured, had her muzzle removed, and the invisible force wall was put into place for a door, she shuffled over to her cot and crawled into it slowly. She pulled the blanket up to her body and cried silently.

The SO returned to the waiting area and informed Kerana and Deora that they could visit Heather at her cell.

"As long as you don't try to help her escape you are free to see her whenever you'd like. Though I'm not sure if she'll talk right now. I think she was crying when we left her."

Gidget was being tended to by the medics while Ako was allowed to keep her company. She opted to have her left leg amputated above the knee as opposed to going through months of painful rehab. There was a small detail of guards in place pending the investigation into Gidget's involvement in recent events.

She lay in bed, now about 15 pounds lighter. Her eyes were loopy due to the pain killers. She reached out to Ako once they were left alone in the room.

"Are you okay?" she asked him.

Ako kept a near death-grip on Gidget's hand as the medics and guards surrounded them. He wondered if the guards were going to try and separate them, which lead to him wondering if he'd have to take down all of Valhalla. He was pleasantly surprised, and relieved, when they didn't make the first move to take her from him. He wondered if he'd even be able to put up much of a fight in his current condition. He'd already been low on power, and cauterizing Gidget's leg had almost drained him completely. He'd need a steak dinner and some high voltage to even begin to feel normal again.

When Gidget asked if he was okay, he did his best to hide his fatigue. He attempted his cocky half-smile and have her hand a squeeze. "You're the one whose given an arm and a leg to save this place and you're asking if I'm okay? I'm more worried about you."

Gidget adjusted her position in bed to make herself more comfortable. "Mmmf, you don't hafta worry about me. I'm riding high on morphine right now. 'Sides, I can always build new body parts with all kinds of neat things to make 'em do."

She gave Ako a loopy smile, blushed a bit, and mumbled, "I could totally make my new arm do that thing from the Tool video. Y'know, where that weird puppet is wigging out and moving his arm like a humming bird. I betcha'd like that, huh?"

Kerana frowned a little as much as she wanted to be there for her right now, she also needed some space. "I don't think it's a good idea to see her right now... but... could you tell her that we will come and visit her tomorrow? Please? I feel at least she could use something to look forward to some what." Kerana wouldn't normally simply include Deora unless she had already agreed to go with her before hand...but if Heather still did not have a hold of her fire breath... she wanted Deora with her just in case.

Ako idly wondered what technology Gidget would be jamming into her new artificial limbs when he remembered he still needed to recharge. Now that Gidget seemed comfortable, he allowed himself to think of his own well-being. He quickly located an open outlet on the wall, one a visitor might plug their phone into to charge. It was only a couple of feet away, and he was lucky enough to find a chair to sit in and stay near Gidget while he reached out to touch the outlet and recharge. He remembered at the last moment to let go of Gidget's hand, to avoid daisy-chaining the power to her, but he still hesitated to do so. He didn't want to let her go, but she was lying right in front of him. If anything happened, he could still react.

As his fingers neared the outlet, Gidget suggested her plan for the replacement arm. It took a full couple of seconds for his fatigue-slowed mind to fully register what she said, and what she meant. Any response he originally had was replaced by "Wait, WHAT?" as the realization kicked in.

Deora still didn't know Heather all that well, but it felt wrong just leaving her here, in a cell, especially if she was crying. Even if she wasn't going to talk, it might still help to have someone there just in case she did. The disowned, violet-haired girl knew that from experience. She knew all too well how much it hurt to cry alone. She'd spent months by herself in an abandoned apartment knowing she was completely alone. She wouldn't wish that on anyone.

As Kerana spoke to the Senior Officer, Deora hung back. When the fox was done, she spoke up. "I think it would be best if I stayed here with Heather. She doesn't have to talk, and I don't need to go in the cell. I'll just sit outside it if that okay."
