Sweet as Candy[Declan/Cael][PRP] FIN

She paused and stood up her smile dropping a bit. "I have, but there isn't enough room. I live in a tiny apartment. I'd really like too one day though."

 

[Kyriana Razian]

Declan's looked at her and kneeled by her. "I'm sorry, did I upset you Miss Cael?" He preferred to see her smiling fully. He was silent for a moment before he tapped her muzzle with a tulip. "Smile, won't you?"

 

[DarkHikari]

She did smile as he asked. "No. I wasn't upset. Just a little disappointed. But its fine, I have this whole big park to enjoy. What about you Declan? What do you enjoy?"

 

[Kyriana Razian]

Declan relaxed slightly. "Well the park is lovely." He smiled a bit embarrassed when she asked what he enjoyed. "I like to draw and paint... it's calming."

 

[DarkHikari]

"How neat. I'd really like to see something you've done one day. I bet it's really pretty!" She moved to a bench and sat down motioning for him to join her. "That ought to be enough for today. I don't want to pick to many and leave none for anyone else."

 

[Kyriana Razian]

Declan smiled and sat next to Cael. "You're right we don't need to take them all. I'd be honored if you'd look at my work... if you wouldn't mind I'd like to sketch you."

 

[DarkHikari]

She blushed deeply and nodded. "I'd be very honored if you would."

 

[Kyriana Razian]

Declan smiled and nodded as he looked at her. When her cheeks darkened he couldn't help but think how cute she was. "Very well Miss Cael, shall I escort you home then we can discuss where to meet later on so that I may do your portrait."  

[DarkHikari]

"Sounds lovely." She stood up and began to slowly make her way out of the garden, not quite ready to be apart from him.

Declan stood and offered his arm to her so that she could link her arm with his if she wished.  

[DarkHikari]

She took the arm he offered and set her hand softly in the crook of it, smiling up at him. "Have you painted long?"'

 

[Kyriana Razian]

He smiled and shrugged lightly as he followed her lead. "Not long at all really. Painting is more of a hobby I picked up. How long have you been selling flowers."  

[DarkHikari]

"Since I was a teen. It pays the bills and that's what counts." She smiled and tilted her head to the side. "I wish I had a more interesting hobby like yours, but I find I'm not all that talented in many things."

 

[Kyriana Razian]

"Well that is the fun thing about having a hobby. You don't have to be talented at something to make it a hobby." Declan smiled down at her, "What is something that you really enjoy doing?"  

[DarkHikari]

"Well....I really enjoy gardening. Not that I get to do it all that often."
