I'm always stressed...Like right now, I have 2 finals tomorrow... sad
But when I get really really stressed, I tear up a little bit.
For me, relieving stress depends on what causes it.
I'll study harder if I'm stressed about my grades. I'll read a book, watch something, or play some video games when it's about something non-school related.

I just over exercise. It makes me feel so much better heart Takes my mind off of things, I get my anger out, and it makes endorphins!

I usually watch tv or go online to distract myself, but sometimes I just sink into a state of deep thought.

Lists on sticky notes, little boxes for holding things, folding clothes, sorting drawers.
I do lots of organization stuff to de-stress.

I hold it in and have an emotional breakdown; either screaming at people for the slightest thing or bawling over the pettiest little thing.

Or I do one or more of the following: clean, eat, watch mind-numbing TV, get on gaia and lurk, smoke a cig, smoke a bowl, have a drink, call my friend Ann and use her as my release valve, or have my boyfriend perform cunnilingus.

That last one is my favorite. wink

I tend to cry, get online while listening to music, and eventually calm down.

Fallback activities:
Phone someone
Write
Walk
Run
Eat chocolate
Cry
Read part of my Comfort Book
Listen to music
Get on Gaia
Do something to get the stress to go the ******** away. (ie, job=stupid, I start handing out resumes)

When I'm stressed I:

~ Scream
~ Cry
~ Crush stuff like pillows and stuffed animals (helps a lot)
~ Eat (XD)
~ Exercise
~ Clean (:O)
~ Listen to loud music (when don't I?)
~ Get on Gaia

I spite of this list I pretty much still have lots of stress 3nodding

I break ceramic figurines.
But I come to Gaia mostly. And spend hours on end.
I'm stressed most of the time. *shrugs*

- Watch TV/Play Games
- Write Poetry/Prose (two birds with one stone as it goes toward a diploma I'm working on ^_^)
- Call good friends and talk into the wee morning hours

Take a hot soak
Pray
Play with froggy
umm....entertain my husband
I think thats about it. If I'm frustrated with something I sometimes do this sheik thing where I let all the air out of my lungs and "scream" with my teeth clenched....I guess you could say its literally letting of steam

Hmm, i'd have to say if i am stressed at whatever, i usually lay around and litsen to music or talk to someone about it. x3 I might also take a try at drawing a picture but might be to pissed to even keep a pencil steady. =___= But it's still a good stress reliever.
I also watch t.v or play a video game.

Im just like iGrunny E M O. I go on gaia,eat,listen to music,talk to somebody close,or maybe even draw;; O_O But mostly, I listen to music. If I cant let it go, I yell to myself and cry.
