Greetings fellow Guild Members

This Guild covers a lot of different areas of the Cosplay Culture World. During the last year their has been a lot of work done to both improve and transform this Guild into being the place to be on Gaia Online. This is a special thread that I hope will help both Guild Members and Crew Members navigate the Guild better and make it easier to find either Sub Forums and or Threads on specific topics of interest. Make sure to read the Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines Announcement threads that's on each Sub Forum to learn more about it.

Their are 9 different Main Topics of interest that will be outlined below. For each Topic their will be either threads of interests and or Sub Forums related to the topic. The location for the threads of interest for each topic are split into two areas, threads in the Main Forum, and Sub Forums dedicated to the topic. All you need to do is look over the 9 different Topics and check out the ones that you have an interest in. Then see what the Guild covers in that topic and where to check out either the info or activity. If their are any questions don't hesitate to ask me. My door is always open and I'm always happy to help. Also you can ask general questions by posting them in the "Guild Ideas, Questions, Comments, Criticisms, Etc" Thread in the Main Forum.

The Topics will be in reply posts to the Main thread post. Please do not add anything to this special thread.

I. Guild Rules and Administration:
This Topic helps to inform the Guild members about important General Guidelines and rules for the Guild itself. Also it has threads that help the Crew out with projects and administration of the Guild. Everyone needs to read and be aware of the Guild Rules and Regulations and if they have questions or general comments their is a thread setup for that too. Below is where you can find the threads. This thread, "Guild Navigation and General Info" will be another Guideline thread under this topic that everyone needs to read and be familiar with.

II. Convention Regions:
Conventions are a special place where Otaku come together to Cosplay, Shop at Dealers and Artist Alleys, go to panels, special events, Photo Shoots, and so much more. Set up are a lot of Sub Forums into different regions where you can post info about specific cons and talk to other Guild members about them.

In the Main Forum their are two threads that have a list on them to help determine which Convention Region Sub Forum to post your convention at. One Thread has a list of United States regions and the other thread helps you find out which region contains certain countries that you are interested in.

I made a lot of Sub Forums for the different regions to help organize the conventions that people go to. Posting conventions that you go to in these Convention regions Sub Forums will help you find others that go to the same convention. You can then talk to them about the convention that you both go to and even set up a time and place to meet your fellow Guild Member. I managed to meet one of our Guild Members, "kyari cloudcakes" at Youmacon 2015. It was a special moment that I will never forget. I posted some photos about a Photoshoot that I did with her and some other Sailor Moon series Cosplayers at Youmacon 2015. Go to the Photo Section to see photos from this Photoshoot. Kyari will be in some of the photos and I will be as well. Also these Regional Convention Sub Forums are also a place to go to read about cons that others have gone to in your area. Please post new threads about cons that you have gone to in your area (Region).

III. Convention Info:
The Convention Info Topic is pretty straight forward. In the main forum their are threads where you can find general info about conventions. One of the Sub Forums has info about specific events at conventions.

Main Forum
a. Convention, Guild, & Website Advertising - You can post in this thread to either promote a convention or even advertise it. You can do this in the Regional Sub Forums as well. This thread also gives you the opportunity to promote multiple Cons or special causes that a particular con is promoting.
b. Convention Location Website - Use this thread to find Conventions in your region or
area by using a website program that's noted in the thread.
c. Conventions 101 (Coming Soon) - Everything you need to know about conventions and how to prepare to go to one.

a. Cosplay Help - Main place to post a request for help with a Cosplay Outfit. In the future we will update it. In the meantime check out the many Cosplay Help Threads to learn about many related topics.
b. Tutorials - Their is a large number of Tutorial Topics to help you learn about the many details that go into creating a Cosplay Outfit. Just like the Cosplay Help Sub Forum you can ask for help on specific things that you need help with in making your outfit.
c. Artist Alley/Cosplay Commissioners/Buying Cosplays - If you don't have you own Cosplay Outfit this Sub Forum is the place to connect with people and artists that have outfits to sell and a place where you can can put out ads offering your services for making an outfit of a specific character. This Sub Forum has been inactive for a while so if you don't get a quick answer please be patient.
d. Cosplay Ideas and Suggestions - This is the place to either get or give advice about making a Cosplay outfit or ideas on who you cosplay.
e. Cosplay Groups / Recruiting Cosplayers - This Sub Forum is where you can possibly join a group for a Group Cosplay or recruit Guild members for specific events and cons.
f. ---------- Cosplayers - This a special Sub Forum where you can discuss certain series and characters that you have or will be cosplaying in the future with other Cosplayers.
