What time do you usually go to bed?

For me, it's usually around midnight, but tonight, I am up still at 2am finishing up work :/

11pm, I try to keep myself on as much of a routine as possible, but some nights I'll stay up till 1 or 2. I get up early to go for walks or clean...

I go to bed at 1:00-2:00 a.m. and I get up at 8:00 to go to school/research. I'm trying to cut down my sleeping hours, and my fiancé lives in a time zone like two hours behind me so I stay up to talk to him!

When I have school (and not just summer school, lol) usually I stay up until midnight depending on my workload.

Usually I go to bed right before the sun starts to try to burn my skin when school is not in session, but when the school-year starts back up I end up going to bed at around 1:00A.M. The sun and I don't make good friends, but zombies don't understand this about my kind.

For me, maybe about 5 when class is in session.

I tend to get anywhere from 9 to 12 hours of sleep per "night". (I tend to take only later classes.)

I love my sleep but right now I'm trying to get my body into the cycle of only sleeping for five hours a night so I can stay up later and do work/study. I am fortunate enough to be an analytical chemist so I get fairly regular hours but I will be very busy this next year with teaching, research, and homework/classes. Also, I will probably be writing a paper for a chemistry journal starting in like October or November...at least I hope so.

I feel so guilty when I sleep during the day, like I'm breaking a rule or something.
