New Co-Ownership Agreements Thread 3/14/12

With Panda's return, I will be co-owning these ponies with her. For those confused as to why co-owning, it's to make things easier in case she finds herself overwhelmed by RL again.

Sig and Teepee Rights
Both have these rights.

RP
Both have RP rights.

Plots
Both must agree on any plots that occur, especially important ones. In cases of one of owner disappearing for a great length of time, or takes a long hiatus, the other is given full plot rights.

Breedings:
Both owners have equal rights, but both must agree on any breeding partners/mates taken. As with plots, if the other owner disappears for a length of time or take a hiatus, full rights are given to remaining owner until the others return.

Since Panda's sticking around, I'm relinquishing all of them back to her XD

This is for the Co-ownership of Cascata between sage_the_vampirc_angel and RadiantRose Midnight.

Sage's Rights:
- Sig Rights
- Rights to the basket from one breeding ( to be decided between her and tefla)
- Right to reclaim Cascata if Radiant disappears for more than four months

Radiant's Right:
- Full Rp rights
- has teepee rights to put Cascata into her's for stat rights
- Rights to three breeding's baskets
- Right to claim full ownership of Cascata if Sage disappears for more than six months.


In Case of Max out Stats 5th breeding:
Sage and Radiant will share the breeding either
- Each getting a basket if there is enough
- Or co owning a basket together if only two baskets

[Wasteland Wyvern]

I, Wasteland Wyvern, Give Kaya Wolf Moon, Co-ownership rights to "Lafayette" in a temporary co-ownership.



Both:
-- Get Signature Rights
-- Once Kaya's breeding is complete, either Kaya or Wyvern will break the agreement and return full ownership to Wyvern.

Kaya Wolf Moon's Rights:
- Gets FULL CONTROL over the First breeding and does not require Wyvern's approval for their choice in Partner, and can actively hunt for a partner as soon as they are of age (1 Month old).
- Has permission to enter Lafayette in Singles Mixers. In the event of a win, Wyvern has no rights to the baskets.
- Cannot break the co-ownership to gain full rights: Should Kaya break the agreement, full ownership returns to Wyvern.

Wasteland Wyvern's Rights:
-Has RP and Teepee Rights
-Control over remaining breedings
-Wyvern has the right to cancel the co-ownership at any time for any reason.
-In the event of 3 Baskets Wyvern cannot claim the 3rd.

The ability to give full-ownership over to Moo at any given time, if need be

Moo:

Sig rights
RP rights, stats in Nova's teepee
Breeding rights to 2 of the 4 breedings (to be entered in raffles, mixers, wishing stars, etc)
In terms of Lifemating, Moo must run possible mate past Nova
Cannot break the co-ownership to gain full rights. Should she break the co-own, all rights revert back to Nova.

Co-ownership between Tirokio and Astro Zombies` for Sonic the Hedgehog




RP rights
- Astro has full rp rights for Sonic
- Both owners can display him in their teepee in any way, however stats will go to Astro's teepee since Astro has rp rights


Breeding Rights
- Sonic is paired with Amy, may not pair him romantically with anyone else.
- Astro has rights to a basket every breeding as I own Amy; any third basket will be discussed to find a home
- In the event I happen to be absent for a breeding of theirs, (They will have blanket permission) Astro can retain the right to home any third basket as seen fit as long as one is assigned to Tirokio.
- Free to enter in singles crackship breedings or Wishing Star's as Astro pleases.

- The above statement does not work in reverse.
