Where you saw these pics, stay away from it for a while. It agitates the emotions. 2. Find a friend you trust to talk your feelings through. 3. Ice cream and movies/games/binge one a show you love/read...whatever helps you calm down. 4. Live life and know tomorrow is going to be better Trust me, I know. I had a rough few months after my ex left me. It will get better. And you can always come here and talk to the wonderful ladies in the guild if you are struggling emotionally.
