It was know made clear to Kasumo on Kya's current selection in clothing attire or lack there of, being as the monkey was standing in the place of any fabric that would normally be covering her chest. Far to concerned over the broken door before hand as she failed to take notice in this small detail. Ocean blue hues dashing around the room in a nervous manner as her girlish personality came to light in her blushed face. Skin so pale and delicate it was almost impossible for her to hide her sudden embarrassed look. Thankfully the monkey covered Kya up soon after allowing Kasumo to dismiss her blushed skin but was taken off guard by those hungering eyes Kya always seemed to pass over Kasumo when her attention was placed abound her. Only adding more question then answers the longer Kasumo remained in her presents. From the moment they met on that bleach it seemed Kya would remind in Kasumo's life for quite some time but would it be as a friend, Kage or something more? "Oh.. right." Finally getting to her point as she walked over towards Kya's side as she took the seat that was offered, however; before Kasumo could speak with Kya on the matter in which even brought her here the smell of blood quickly filled Kasumo's nose even before Zephyr arrived with a broken and bleeding body.
"Ah!" a digested look crossed her normally tranquil face seconds before the dead body entered the room. Her hand quickly moving up to her button nose in a make shift attempt to block the smell from her sinuses. It wasn't the blood itself she was grossed out by but the smell itself. Her least favorite blood type. When the body was tossed onto the floor at Kya's feet Kasumo turned her face away from the mound of flesh displayed before them. Hiding her face in Kya's side trying to shield herself but trying to remain on the 'less' rude side of things. Hearing Zephyr's words as he spoke to Kya even if she remained turned away but his words were not for her but for the Mizukage. Remaining silent now and dealing with the horrible smell. It was worse to her then a body that had been left exposed to the elements for a week.

❖XXXXXNobuyuki looked up from his position sitting on the chair, his piercing yet still apathetic gaze shifting to the feminine male that spoke with Kya, speaking with a strange accent that he'd never heard before. It wasn't too surprising to think that he didn't recognize something like an accent, even when he traveled around the country a lot whilst growing up he rarely paid close attention to details like accents or the way people positioned their bodies in response to words. Now that he was older and more experienced however he knew that something like an accent or stance could easily explain someones way of fighting or even secrets they might hold. Such a thing was easily attainable when one had knowledge of other cultures and even other countries entirely; it allowed them to deduce other information by compiling what they already knew then comparing it to the said person. Things like hair color, skin color, even eye color could be traced back to entire bloodlines or family trees that were knowing for having said things on a large scale. it was how people like Hyuuga and Uchiha were recognized anymore, the way their hair looked combined with the appearance of their skin and eyes would allow people to piece that together to come to that conclusion.
❖XXXXXLooking away quietly in boredom due to their conversation, Nobuyuki barely noticed movement outside of the window as people began to move around the village actively as if it was fully coming to life. Standing up from his seat the brown-haired male walked towards the window, staring out it blankly as he watched the people below him interact with each other like they did everyday of their lives. After a moment of blankly staring out the window the males attention was shifted to the side, hearing Kya address him after assigning the male who he now knew has Rose a mission to go to Sunagakure. Having blocked out the rest of the conversation he didn't really know what else was going to happen, but it didn't really matter much to him in the end. Listening to the Mizukage respond to his actions made Nobuyuki smile softly, the edges of his lips lifting up into a slight "smirk" as some might call it. That smile was wiped from his face as she gave him a "mission" to perform throughout the country; which in this case was to search for Northern scouts and dispose of them or bring them in for questioning.
Narrowing his eyes out the window at being given such a mundane task Nobuyuki turned around, his hands resting loosely as his sides. After a moment of staring at Kya he responded in a terse tone, his voice rumbling deep within his chest as he spoke of his displeasure in his assignment. "I refuse. I will not be sent on mundane errands." With that said he fell silent, walking over to the chair he sat in previously, sitting down on it before leaning back in it once more. Crossing his leg over his knee the male placed one palm atop the knee whilst the other rested lazily on the arm of the chair. Whilst he seemed to be lazily relaxing within the seat, he was actually quite tense; the muscles beneath his Kimono tensing painfully tight in irritation at the woman before him. His jaw was clenched ever so slightly, the muscle within the jaw line throbbing alongside his biceps as he sat there. He wasn't one to anger quickly, something he showed when Kleine spit in his face only to wipe it off and respond before leaving.
❖XXXXXHe learned quite early on in life that being quick to anger lead to a loss in reasoning behind his actions, which could lead to his death or just injury due to a stupid action. Emotions like anger were useful in many things, relationships, friendships; things that require anger to get issues out in the open. It was not however useful on a battlefield, it made people irrational and resulting in bad judgement when it came to responding to the thing that angered them. Blinking slightly the brown-haired Sannin shook his head, ridding himself of those thoughts before they became any darker. His gaze shifted to the entrance of the office as he felt energy moving up towards the door, alongside the muscles moving within the girls body. After a moment she entered, the same girl he'd noticed before at the Konohagakure gates with Kya and Kaisen when he attempted to help Yumi out. Blinking he watched as another source of chakra and movement entered his gaze, this one a male who seemed to enjoy killing and war. Shaking his head Nobuyuki watched as Kya responded to the girl, seemingly rather close to her from the way she spoke and acted the moment the girl entered the office.
Seeing how the girl responded to the body when it was thrown to the ground in front of Kya, Nobuyuki couldn't help but raise a single brown eyebrow; wondering how someone who became squeamish at the sight of a corpse was so high ranking in a village. He could tell from the feeling of her chakra that she was rather powerful, holding almost as much of the energy as he himself held Nen within himself. The male who entered however held Chakra that seemed to be very muddled in composition, as if it was made up of a bunch of separate sources at once. Blinking at the sight the brown-haired Sannin reached up to scratch his chin, silently pondering on just how that was possible within a persons body. After a moment of trying he shrugged, knowing that he would eventually find out either from the male himself or by encountering someone with similar chakra. Speaking in a calm tone towards the male, Nobuyuki couldn't help the gentle chuckle that escaped his lips at the mans words. "It seems you enjoy war and death as much as my cousin, interesting." With that said he stood up, cracking his neck slightly to rid it of the annoying ache it had within it.
Walking over to Kya and the girl from before, Nobuyuki reached out with his hand; gently brushing his thumb across the girls cheek before speaking in a gentle almost charming tone. "I remember you...you're the girl from the gates. Then again it's hard to forget eyes as beautiful as yours." Smiling softly at her, Nobuyuki allowed his apathetic gaze to shift slightly into a more gentle look, finding it pointless to keep the look on his face since his words alone would break the "mask" he'd had in place. After a moment he removed his hand from her cheek, stepping back before anything happened that he would regret; like Kya b***h slapping him out of the office or something of the like. Crossing his arms over his chest he looked up into Kya's eyes, holding them for a moment before speaking once more towards her. "Please contact me when you have a less degrading mission for me, I...need to get used to Kirigakure I suppose. I also need to find a place to live here." Grumbling quietly the male scratched his chin again, finding the light layer of stubble growing to be rather annoying. Despite his words he remained standing there, waiting to see if she would respond to him now as opposed to later.
Passives • [BLOODLINE] NEN Nen is a form of natural energy, or Senjutsu. It scales with rank, just like chakra. By deciding a Sworn Foe, you may absorb up to 25% of the chakra used by them in a battle. So, if they were to use 100 Chakra in a post, you will siphon 25 of that. You may switch Sworn Foes twice in one battle, and three times once you hit S rank. Nen appears as white-gold energy. It is visible when absorbing enemy energy or using Nen-based techniques (specific techniques within the bloodline). Daiten and Nen are both considered "chakra"; but NE from Sage Mode is not. • [BLOODLINE] NEN SENSE Midnight brawlers are capable of using their senjutsu energy to detect muscle movements, swelling chakra, and other such things generally seen from high level dojutsu. They can also detect pressure points and organs within someone's body, making their punches absurdly lethal. • [BLOODLINE] While battling your Sworn Foe (attacking, defending, dodging, etc) you have a +2/+2 base to both stats • [BLOODLINE] Your rank damage reduction is one rank stronger than usual; this makes you quite a tank at higher ranks, with most attacks unable to hurt you. • [CLASS] PHYSICAL TOUGHNESS -- The Taijutsu class not only teaches you to ignore pain, but can also make you immune to damage from weak attacks, based on your rank, making you almost immune to damage 2 ranks below you:
Chuunin taijutsu classmen are immune to academy Jutsu damage Jounin taijutsu classmen are immune to Genin jutsu damage Sannin taijutsu classmen are immune to Chuunin jutsu damage Kage taijutsu classmen are immune to Jounin jutsu damage

A wickedly delighted smile curled upon his full lips as he made an elaborate bow, "Oui madamme. 'eet vill ve done. I vill 'ave zour report in about two veeks." Rose said, calculating the time it would take to get there, thoroughly investigate the village, then make a detailed report to their possible allies or enemies. Either way... it would be good to learn about this village that has been reborn after being in ruins for so long.
He wouldn't bother the Kage and her growing office any longer with his graceful presence as he was ready to make his move towards he Land of Wind.
™ UNTAPPED POWER The puppeteer can, every five posts, unleash a massive lion head at the target with a sealing jutsu inside of it. This is essentially the only sealing jutsu puppeteers can use. It costs no chakra to release, as it's considered a tool. It can be released from the body of any A ranked (or higher) puppet, and if the lion's head manages to latch onto the target with its sharp teeth, their ability to use chakra will be sealed and they're at your mercy. This cannot be escaped with substitution, because it cancels the technique if it hits you. It is essentially Chiyo's ability.
™ Allows the user to interrupt all forms of Byakugan effects, stopping its abilities (Stage 1 Byakugan is fully blocked, Stage 2 is partially blocked, Stage 3 Byakugan is immune to Red Eyes). Allows real chakra clones to attack.

It appeared as though Nobuyuki had misheard what she had said to him. Or perhaps he was determined to test the limits of her uncharacteristcally good mood. Either way her eyebrow propped up when he denied her and crossed his leg. Lightning bolts were firing off in her mind. It was taking some sort of divine force for her not to pop the trunk on his a** and pull out her gat. She showed no sign of it in her face however. she just scoffed when he called it a mundane task. He didn't understand the gravity of what she had told him and that was fine. She, for once, fell back on logic before threatening someones life. As the storm in her mind quelled she realized that in the chain of command, troops were expected to follow orders. However, she also knew that higher ups sometimes felt themself entitled to more than the rank and file. She flared her nostrils a bit before chuckling as she sensed the energy of another person coming to her office. She was about to speak when Kasumo cringed and Zephyr, her most loyal shinobi, walked in with some bloodthirst deeply infecting him, the likes of which Kya had never seen before that moment in him.
She loooked at the body he dropped on her desk, placing a hand on Kasumo's face as she hid beside her, her free arm around her shoulder. She knew by what he was wearing that he was straight outta Sorana. She would be in disbelief at what she saw on him. His dragon tattoo was in view on his chest... he had died while in inverse mode. And judging by his torn form, battered skin and easily visible abrasions, he had barely been a challenge. By age alone Katerina ballparked he was of A rank strength at least... a formiddable challenge for anyone, especially outside of some godlike things. The Zephyr she knew wasn't capable of something like this, not on his own. The acid wounds were here, and clear. She slowly looked up and met his eyes, the powerful Katerina betraying her Vaneer of calm. She was concerned, for nothing but her poor Zephyr's death. This thing before her was not him, it was a monster, and she could sense darkness within him. She smiled a bit, however, at the implications of this. She would look to Nobuyuki as he stood up, having missed what he said to Kasumo, almost entirely but noticing he had reached over to touch her. Had she not been distracted he may have lost his hand, but Kya instead would simply breathe a breath of super heated air from her nostrils and look at him as if he had just treaded into the territory of a dragon..
Yuki-san she would say, calling him 'snow' to be a bit endearing while simultaneously sounding a bit condescending as her small bit of revenge. You seem to be confused, so allow me to clarify. The scouts I charged you with taking down? They are not little weak fools. I would expect you to know at least a small bit of the north, correct? They are a strong people, stronger perhaps than the southern nations, but undeniable is their strength. A northern scout would be about your level, and probably not too far from his allies. It is no "mundane task." she would grab the body before her by it's leg, and sling it back towards Zephyr. dispose of this, and then return and give me a full report on where you found it. I fear the mission I assigned you may be too little too late... she would say tapping her chin and sitting back down. I may very well have a more pressing job for you yet.
As the body was taken away, she would produce a map of the country, pinning it down on her desk and looking at it with focus not often seen on her face outside of battle. As the head of this village, and one of the Chuugo, she had an obligation to stand as a Aegis against the north invasion. Her island wasn't too large, nor was it extremely far from the mainland. Bolstering it's defenses against dragon siege, and ocean siege would be difficult, but not impossible. As of right now, I am assigning a mission to you both. Everything you do, including other missions assigned by me from this point forward will be credited to this one. She stabbed a knife in to a point on the map, a kunai down on the other side of the land mass from it, and in the space where the symbol of kiri was she stabbed an ornate dagger. The knife represents the least likely place to be assaulted, considering the direction they are coming from and our distance form it. The Kunai is the place in the most danger, and the dagger will be kiri, the highest strategic point. She would start going over things in her head at a mile a minute, the room fading out suddenly. Damn him. Why is he here now of all times? A man burst into the room, carrying a scroll for Kya. He kneeled beside her desk, offering it to her. Dispatch from the Lightning country. Kya snatched it and read it's contents so fast her eyes lit aflame. The paper burned to cinders in her hands as she came to the realization that a full invasion was under way. Orders ma'am? Kya shook her head. None. As of now. We cannot save them, nor is it our perogative. Right now we need to fortify our borders. Bring in the elders. I need the advisors here now. he was gone in a puff of smoke, and Kya looked to Nobuyuki.
Yuki-san. You were shogun of a land once, I need your insight specifically. We can have our earth shinobi erect forts along the coast lines, to keep them at bay by sea, as well as offering a strategic point of defense against the dragons. Any type of long range shinobi could work together to shoot them out of the sky. But these dragons are strong. It won't hold them long enough, and when they breach the coast line we need a plan of action. What do you two think. I mean, we could build keeps rather quickly as well, erect watch towers, use scouts. I have not seen a Lydian Raid in a long time. I cannot think of a time anything held us off longer than a few days, and we would only raid in broods. she would suck on her teeth as she realized she needed to explain herself. A Lydian raid is when you blitz a point with hell fire from your dragons while you attack from the ground. It is effective, even against other Lydians because they have the luxury of taking any collateral damage caused as a victory. And a brood of dragons is usually basically a family. There were thirteen of us total, not including Kaiser. she would stumble as she thought of all of Kaiser's unimportant other kids. Her half siblings, not as well loved as she was. She shifted in her chair as her elders filed in. Now would be a perfect time for Nobuyuki to prove himself more important that the general S rank ninja. He would be on spot, and harshly critizied by the old ********. Holding his ground and offering a solid plan of action would gain him more than respect. At least in their eyes. As for Kasumo, well now would be her chance as well. Kya did have a plan but she wanted hear what they had to say first.
