"Alright! Lets go!" Skye said with the same enthusiasm as Demetri. "This city is pretty big and crowded so try not to get lost!" she said as her pokemon started following her, acting like tour guides as well so no one would get lost. First stop would of course be the Pokemon Center.

The two glare at each other for a moment, "My head's off limits, but you can ride on my shoulder." Grumbling, Victini accepts the compromise and hops down to Arika's shoulder. Hearing the man, she turns and looks at him calmly before responding, "It could be, who's asking?"

((I asked around in one of the Pokemon Guilds I was in and found someone who was willing to make them, I'm sure you could search around for Sprite Shops and find a couple of people willing to hook you up.))

"I'm Alan, and I'm actually out to stop a group called Cipher, but, me being one person and all, I'm kind of traveling around the region to find Pokemon and Trainers capable of helping me defeat them." Alan explained sheepishly. Then he noticed the confused look on Layla's face and prepared for another explanation. "I know what you're thinking, the PLF are merely puppets being used by Cipher. The ultimate goal, I don't know, but I do know that someone has to stop them." Alan said simply.

"Now prepare to lose."

"O... Kay..?", Arika frowns, "Who are these Cipher people exactly..?"

"A criminal organization based in the Orre region. I don't know what their ultimate goal is, but it would seem they wish to create the 'Ultimate Shadow Pokemon' presumably by capturing Arceus, which was also rumored to have come to Unova for some reason." Alan explained, hoping that answered the woman's question.

"Now prepare to lose."

"They sound like bad news...", Arika mumbles. She thinks for a moment, idly scratching behind Victini's ears. "Those PLF jerks did mention something about Arceus... What do you think, Layla?"

"I think we can trsut him, after all, my brother told me Plasma was useless without their leaders, so it would make sense that this Cipher organization is behind all of this." Layla said simply. She could hear the sincerity in Alan's voice and that was enough for her, having learned for herself that such a thing wasn't easy to fake.

"Mine are just sharper than normal."

Arika shrugs, "Good enough for me. I need to buzz home and grab my pack before we go anywhere though."

Dee hears an old word that bothers him deeply.

"Did I hear the word Cipher?"

He sighs deeply as he joins the group, his Eliot floating down and joining him.

"Yes, can I help you?" Alan asked the newcomer who had floated down. He didn't know the man and kept his guard up in case he either proved hostile or was from Cipher himself.

"Now prepare to lose."

Answers... is that what you want?

Vergil was quick to follow the other humans in seeing the city with Keldeo. The feral child was quick though and had to keep stopping for he had a tendency to out pace the rest of the group in his excitment at all of the new sights and sounds around him.

Razor meanwhile hovered near the back eyeing every passerby like they were going to suddenly attack the group. Eventually he was able to attract the attention of a few wild Pidoves so he could speak to them. *"You fliers are to do me a service. You are to track the men that recently performed an attack on this city and tell me were they went."*

One of the Pidoves waves a wing at him obviously asking why it should do this. Razor's response was to place one pincer dangerously close around its neck. *"You will do it because it is your duty to your own kind now go."*

The Pidoves nod not wanting to further antagonize the large Scizor and fly off looking for PLF members to follow.

Dee shakes his head and groans, taking off his hat and scratching his head.

"You just did. You can also help by telling me when the next boat out of here is."

Of course he comes from Orre, right into Orre problems.

The difference between the good guys and the bad guys

Walking behind the group Jacob watched around at all the things in the city. He had recalled all but Wildfire as she strode slowly next to him just a bit taller then the trainer. She was keeping her eyes on Razor as he needlessly threatened some of the wild Pidoves of the area. It annoyed the pokemon as she sneered a bit and gave him a glare. Such a useless act a simple act of humility would likely have been enough but instead it used it's size to bully the small birds.

Is whether they use a human shield or make themselves one.

"Sorry, but there are no more boats scheduled for today, and if there were, they would all either be cancelled or delayed in the wake of the PLF attack." Alan explained simply, wondering what the man was considering about doing.
