Name: Jason

Gender: Male

Birthday: September 5th, '82

State: Born and raised in Georgia. I do love it here, despite our hotter than hell Summers. ^_^;

Religion: Christian

Political Affiliation: Overall, I'm a Conservative.

Occupation: Seeking employment/finishing college

How I found this guild?: I was just searching through the political guilds and happend to come across this one.

Death Penalty: I'm for the death penalty in most cases such a murder, child molestation and cruelty/murder of animals

Gay marriage: I'm morally and religiously against gay marriage (I run the "Stright Pride" guild). I feel that calling gay marriage the same as straight marriage is a COMPLETE slap in the face. This is an issue I feel VERY strong about. I don't hate gay people by any means, I just disagree with their choices.

Abortion: I'm against abortion, even in cases of rape. I feel the only time an abortion should be performed is if a woman's life is in danger. Even then, it should be a last resort.

War in Iraq: I have friends who have been sent to Iraq but I am very much opposed to the war. I feel the whole thing was pointless and in the long run Iraq may actually be more worse off than it already is.

War on Terror: It really depends on the war. I think we should have delt with North Korea LONG ago as opposed to wasting our time in Iraq.

Gun Control: In this country, we have a right to bare arms. I think that yes, some people should not be allowed to carry fire arms. They probably shouldn't be as accessible as they are, but overall, guns are fine when used for protection.

Welfare: It depends on the situation. I am currently on Welfare because I have a visual impairment. I fully intend to work when I am in a position to do so, but right now I would rather consentrate on finishing up my education.

Hope to get to know you all more. ^_^

Name: Moonxtal or Heather

Gender: *checks* I have a hole between my legs! gonk

Age: Just turned 25

Occupation: Pet shop slave/ freelance artist

State: PA

Hobbies: Art, pets, politics, anime, gaia, neopets, swimming, eating, sleeping, breathing... GLENN BECK ZOMBIE! I loves me some Glenn Beck!

Religion: I believe in God and Jesus... I think I'm covered.

Political: EVIL CONSERVATIVE! I'm registered Republican, but I think I'll switch to independent casue I'm not lovin' the Rep's at the moment. Not that I really LOVED any party really... Honestly, I'll vote with whomever will get the job done, and done right! be it R, D, or I

On important issues: (no real order)

The War in Iraq: I support it, more for the humanatarian side, the killings fields, and rape rooms and torture chambers needed to end! I also support it for the part it plays in the bigger plan, which is to crush Iran by planting the roots of democracy in the middle east. Iraq wasn't our real target people, Iran is! Too bad all the freaking red tape is stopping our troops from doing their job. if the mitary's hands were untied, we would have been done with Iraq a looooong time ago!

War on terror: I refuse to call it that, it's WWIII people, wether you like it or not, we're in a holy war. Honestly war on terror sounds like the war on drugs... have we won THAt war yet? Hells no! Call it what it is people... it's a holy war and it's WWIII.

Death Penalty: first off, it depends on the crime. I understand a crime of passion. However people like the BTK killer should never see the light of day again. I'm more for fixing the system so people like him STAY in prision for the rest of their lives. I suppose for ones like the BTK killer, or ted bundy, or charles manson... yes, they probably should be put down for the better of mankind. I'm kinda on the fence on this one, I could go either way at any moment ^^;

Gay marriage: Another one I'm on the fence about. part of me is, no. I support civil unions, but I can't say yes to gay marriage. I don't care what you do behind closed doors, but to force the public to recognise your relationship with the same sex as a marriage, isn't right. Call it something else, but it is not marriage. Marriage was made to keep the oppisited together for reproduction, when there is no reproduction, there is no need for marriage. but then the other half of me says that marriage in todays culture means about as much as a fast food meal. Obviously not to EVERYONE, but when nobody blinks an eye about brittney spears getting hitched then divorced the next day, I think, "there are some gay couples that would die for one another" and today finding a partner like that is rare, even for us strait people. I dunno... I'm not too worried about this one for the time being.

Global warming: The planet might be getting warmer, but I highly doubt it's due to humans. We've had tropical climates all over the world, to have it turn to ice, and turn back all before man even existed. I've also heard that the sun has sun spots on it in higher noumbers than ever recorded, and sun spots are thousands if not millions of degrees hotter than the rest of the sun. so if the sun is getting hotter, it's gonna effect us.

The Academia: Gawd! Let us have our freaking shcool vouchers! If I have kids in the future, I want to be able to choose where they go and what they learn, not have a bunch of apathetic/liberal/socilist teachers shoveling garbage into their heads! Teach kids to learn for themselves, don't just feed them stuff, give them the facts and let them make up their minds on their own. Besides, with school vouchers, it will make schools work harder and compeate, which will raise the bar for scholastics.

The Military: I love a man in uniform wink seriously, I have nothing but respect and admoration for our men and women in the military. They keep my a** safe.

Welfare: Needs reformed. I prefer a hand up rather than a hand out. Me and my mother were on welfare a looong time ago, and that was because we were dirt poor and needed help. we went off it when she got a better job that paied more.

Abortion: Only for extreme cases like rape, incest and if the mother's life is in danger. Not for conveinance. I'm against the day after pill as well. it should NEVER be used as a form of birth control, one, it's murder as i see it, and another, it has been known to kill or seriously mess up women. Abortion effects women, I think it was 70 some percent of women who get abortions have mental issues afterwards. going against your nature like that will mess you up, and so many women believe in this lie that it's a simple porcedure and it won't affect them. I would prefer that people use more than one contraseptive or maybe they could just *gasp* not be promiscuous! If people would keep it in their pants more ofetn, abortions wouln't be nessassary hardly at all!

Gun Control: obviously people like convicted felons shouldn't be allowed to have them, but if you ban guns, only those who disobey the laws will have them. meaning honest citizens will be powerless. besides, if you're a thug, and you don't know if the person you're robbing is packing or not... you tend to rethink mugging them. it actually prevents more crime than it causes.

Taxes: I believe in a flat tax, or a fair tax where the only tax is on the products you buy. the government dosen't need all the money, WE the citizens do. We know how to spend out money better than any fat cat up in washington will ever know!

The Border: CLOSE THE FREAKING BORDER BEFORE YOU MAKE AMNISTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS! stop the flood of illegals into this country, THEN find the ones that are here and either make them become citizens, or kick their asses out! *smacks G.W. Bush* I'm talking to you mr prez... DO YOU FREAKING HEAR ME! GROW A PAIR AND SECURE THE *&#^@ BORDERS!

National Debt: Again mr. bush.... STOP SPENDING LIKE A DRUNKEN SAILOR! We don't need all those expensive and worthless programs you insist on sepnding billions on. if I wanted to go even more into debt, i'd have voted for john karry. Oi vey....

ok... I vented...

Name: Fermata

Gender: Female

Birthday: December 17th

State: Born in Springfield, IL (Home of Abraham Lincoln and capital of Illinois, doncha know?) Currently live in Texas. (Red State, Yeehaw!)

Religion: Christian, Protestant, Methodist.

Political Affiliation: Republican.

Occupation: Student.

How I found this guild?: I clicked a link from another guild.

Death Penalty: I'm for the death penalty in cases of murder, rape and child molestation.

Gay marriage: I don't think homosexuality is a choice. My little theory is that it's natures way of controlling overpopulation. So I don't think we should punish these nice people with all this hatred they get. They're very lovely people, heck, my ex boyfriend is gay! ( sweatdrop ) Give them a nice, courthouse ceremony where they get not a marriage license, but a partnership license, which will entitle them to the rights of a married couple, without the name 'marriage'. As far as I'm concerned, a marriage is between a man and a woman.

Abortion: I'm against abortion. This includes cases of rape, incest, and the fact that the mother may face complications. I advocate adoption as an alternative to the murder of an unborn child. Abortion should only be practiced as a medical procedure when there is a large chance that the child's mother will die because of her baby. Abortion Clinics must be done away with. If I was pregnant because of rape, incest or bad choices, I would have the baby.

War in Iraq: I support our country and our president in the War on Terror. An attack occurred on American soil on September 11th, 2001. I was ten years old. A threat was seen in Iraq- fascist dictator Saddam Hussein. There was evidence that he was linked to terrorists worldwide and suspicions of weapons of mass destruction. Even if these were just tips and not realities, I believe our nation made the right choice in going into Iraq. It's a difficult war. We're not fighting a country, but a movement. For this reason it will take a little more time to defeat. While we fought this direct threat to our nation we also succeeded in freeing two nations from dictatorial regimes, thwarting countless terror strikes, and spreading the seeds of democracy throughout the middle east. We are not "winning" the war, because it cannot truly be won. But to defeat the terrorists, we must stand strong in Iraq.

War on Terror: ^

Gun Control: I believe that the 2nd Amendment is crucial to our freedom in America. The right to bear arms guarantees us our own safety as well as our freedom is some crazy psycho lunatic tried to take over the government.

Welfare: Fine as long as you're working hard to get off of it.

Political idealogy: I am what a liberal might describe as a far right nut. Sometimes I think Ann Coulter is a bit liberal for my taste. I have been called a faciast, but that was slander. I'm just a bit to the right of Regan.

Random: I am very random at times and Penguins will de-socialize Canada and It will rain soda

Wow it's been a while since we've had a new member here huh? Well I'm technically not a NEW member, but I don't think I've ever posted in the Guild forum, as far as I can remember anyway. So I'm gonna follow ya'lls lead with my introduction. Here it goes.

Name: Christina

Gender: Female

Birthday: January 26,

State: Born in Louisiana and raised, from the age of 13, in Georgia.

Religion: Christian

Political Affiliation: I'm Conservative.

Occupation: Stay at home mom.

How I found this guild?: If I'm remembering correctly I was invited a couple of years ago by someone that responded to a post I made in the politics forum.

Death Penalty: I'm for the death penalty. I believe if you willfully take a life the punishment should fit the crime. I also believe child molesters/rapers deserve the death penalty. Their victims lives have been forever changed without their consent therefor the sexual predator forfeits their life by committing an unforgivable crime.

Gay marriage: I don't agree with gay marriage. I'm not convinced anyone is born gay. IMO it is choice/preference no more no less. It seems almost to be a fad nowadays.

Abortion: I'm against abortion except in cases of rape/incest. Too often it's used as a form of birth control. And I have yet to learn of a valid medical reason for partial birth abortion.

War in Iraq: I'm from a military family. Several of my family have already served in Iraq, and more expect to go at some point in the future. So I definitely support the troops.

War on Terror: I've had family member serve in Afghanistan, as well as South Korea, and more expect to go there in the future. again I support the troops in all our war efforts.

Gun Control: I support very limited gun control. Basically if you've committed a violent crime with a gun I believe you should lose your right to own a firearm. But if you have a conceal and carry permit you should be able to do just that.

Welfare: I support welfare with certain restrictions. If you are physically unable work to support yourself, due to a disability, there should be assistance available to you. I don't support welfare for those, able of mind and body to earn a living. IMO it should be a hand up not a hand out.

Taxes: I believe we should abolish the income tax and go to the Fair tax.

The Border: I want all illegals deported and the border secured.

Global Warming: I don't believe in man made global warming.
