Bolt - Quincy Hitman

A lone figure in a hood wandered down the road. She was average in height, but the fact that stood out was that she carried no supplies. In fact she looked rather dazed and confused. Jessie 'Bolt' Boruto had wandered into a portal and had ended up somewhere else. She had been on the run from several Hollows and a really mean Soul Reaper when she had ducked into the portal. Now she was wandering the countryside without a clue. Thankfully she had brought along her equipment so she was properly armed, but she lacked anything else aside from the clothes on her back.

"Well now what do I do?" Bolt asked herself. She seemed to be approaching a town in the distance. She hoped her money was good here, she had just cleaned out her bank account and that of course tipped off the mob boss about her plans to leave. She had worked for this rather insistent an for some time as an assassin. But that life grated on her. She managed to retire relatively easy, with the occasional hit job to keep her loyalty in the clear. Mob bosses hated losing their property.

Now she was sure the mob was the least of her troubles. She toyed with her crossbow pendant, concerned with her plans for the future.

had her turn up here, she should be able to get stronger with some training. She could be neighbors or rommates with Remy perhaps

Remy jogged along the road outside of town. It helped to clear yet head while she trained. She had grown a lot stronger over the week.

As she stopped for a minute to cool down, she spotted someone else traveling. The woman wore a white hood and had the look of an archer. "hi there," she called "packing a bit light for traveling aren't you?" seemed odd that the girl didn't have a pack of any kind. She had a strage feeling to her too that rely couldn't place.

Bolt looked up at the voice. It was a girl with purple hair cut short in a spiky style. It was obvious that she was an athletic person, her build spoke of long hours training. She shared that body type.

"Well I didn't intend on traveling for long, I was on the run from some creepy monsters and wound up here through some kind of rip in space. Is there any kind of hotel nearby?"

Bolt's stomach chose that time to start growling causing her to blush and laugh nervously. "I haven't eaten all day."

Remy's eyebrow shot up. The closest rift was quite a ways away. She mush have wandered all the way from... She shook her head.

"There were at least two major cities on the way here. how long were the monsters chasing you?" She waved for the girl to follower her back to the town as she explained, "I don't know about any inns in town, but you can stay with me till we find you a place. The Kage actually pays people to live here and provides free housing."

Something didn't add up, if she was being chased by monsters, why were they gone? most hideous beasts she knew never let their prey walk away, which brought up just how skilled was this girl?

Bolt laughed nervously, "Well I took care of them when I got a chance. But if felt like i was running forever. I had about thirty hollows chasing me." She brightened when she was offered a place to stay, the fact that the 'kage' or whatever was so hospitible was plesant news. Most of the time people like that wanted something in return.

"I can make a crossbow our of reishi and it can fire arrows designed to take out those monsters." She pointed to her necklace, a cross with a cross bow laid on top of it.

"My name's Bolt by the way. It's a nickname really, my real name is Jessie"

"Remy Jokir" she replied smiling. "Be glad to have a monster hunter on our side, we had a bunch of black and whited robed guys show up last week through rifts like yours. Come along, I'll show you around."

Remy nodded toward the gate and entered into town.

Bolt folloed Remy into the town, she wondered if she stayed here she might find some peace. Remy had taken the idea of creating a crossbow out of nothing without judging her, as if it was nothing. She liked the girl already.

Toya sang to himself while he walked alone towards the village that not to long ago had disappeared from existence. The blood of Rikyu Akio still stained his face. Cleaning it off was not important. The people of Uzushiogakure would definitely notice though and so he had to eventually get rid of it. "Time to see an old friend hehe.." He mumbled to himself while spinning his wooden staff around. His scratched headband was no longer with him however. [[exit]]

Eden-Uzushiogakure Jounin

"When one is givent he oportuninty to start anew"

Eden was traveling as fast as she couldt, though at the moment it was kinda hard. Having spent the last couplpe of weeks or so at the Ikimonos, she had very little time to go back home, and as childish as it sounded she was home sick, she missed her loved ones, and she was beyon exhausted. She has been home, but only to sleep before returning back to Konoha to deal with Tsukikos clan, both she and Yoru needed some rest and there truly was no place like home. Through a series of events, Eden spoke with the Ikimono, in the end she got what she wanted, but she pitted against Tsukiko to prove whether or not she was a possible valuable asset to the Ikimono, which in return would determin her offsprings connection to them.
No way was Eden going to hold back, and it seemed that Tsukiko didnt know that in the beging and only got seriouse after Eden landed a good blow. Letting out a small curse, a sharp pain went through Edens right leg. Wincing Eden fought to continue at her same pace, she did not know what was happening but, she felt uneasy, she wanted to be home, to make sure that her loved ones where well, that there was nothing wrong. After everything that has happened, it only made sence that she would be worried. As she ran she clamped a hand over her mouth and wrapped her other arm around her stomach a sudden wave of nasuea hitting her, next to her Yoru skidded to a halt her small chest rising and falling with every breath she took, giving her human companion a worried look. Thinking that it was the fear and adrenaline that had made her queasy, Eden pushed the nasuea a side took another deep breath and continued on her way.

"I choose new life, what would you do?"

Things were quiet at the gates of the Whirling Tides Village. The sun shown on the grassy fields, illuminating deer and other critters moving about. A recent rain had laid down a layer of moisture and the air smelled of wet grass and dirt, a gentle breeze rustled the trees as birds chirped in their branches. A single person was walking from the gates, one who was drinking in the atmosphere with relish.

Remy walked along the path from the gates enthralled by the smells and sensations from the pleasant and balmy day. With no other traffic at the moment it was quite peaceful and she was enjoying her first steps out of the village. With no destination at the moment, she simply picked a random road and began to hike. It would take a lot of walking for her to ever break a sweat and it was almost euphoric to her to be out on this beautiful day. With a light bounce in her step, the rat sage left behind the village and disappeared down the trail.

Beside the road, obscured by vines and other foliage that had sprung up there was an old wooden sign. Originally a trail marker, long forgotten by most people, still bore letters on its faded planks. "Road to the Leaves ~ Scenic Route"
