We have just recently opened the surface to travelers, and are accepting any applications for citizenship.

Here in Alluria, we pride ourselves on extensive freedom and equality. Any age, gender, culture, sexual orientation and religion are allowed. However, to keep The Surface running smoothly we have firm rules that must be abided by. These may be different from the rules of your home territory Please be sure you can follow these rules before applying for citizenship.
1) All citizens must abide by Gaia TOS. This means
a. Material -both pictures and text- must abide by Gaia TOS.
b. If you’re feeling frisky, please take it to the PM’s. No wants to watch you get it on in the streets.
c. No spam. It’s annoying and it makes everything greasy.

2) Alluria is a literate role-play. If accepted, you type at least three paragraphs of well-proofread material each time you post. Occasional short posts are fine, but do not make it a habit.

3) Alluria welcomes people of any, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and culture (race however, must be one listed). Therefore, as a citizen of Alluria, you must respect differences. Hate and discrimination will not be tolerated. ANY INCIDENT of hate or discrimination will result in IMMEDIATE DEPORATION. In other words, YOU WILL BE BANNED!!!

4) To Live in Alluria you must apply for citizenship. See details below.

5) Please read all updated material on the front page forum each time you enter. It is critical to remaining in the role-play.

6) Post all material in the appropriate forums.

7) The Allurian government reserves the right to add and delete rules as it sees fit.

Celestius- Power, divine, left-hand men and women of good and evil, these holy beings are the denizens of heaven and hell

Hybrids- A race of people with human appearances, modified and infused with the spirit of animals
Includes
-any anthromorpic animal-human. Pick any animal, add a human appearance. Viola. You have a hybrid


Night Beasts - Creatures

-Werewolves

Fantasy Beings -a race of the supernatural. Their appearance and abilities vary with species
-elves
fairies
-spirties
-dwarfs
-add anything you see missing....


Materials Needed
1) Profile(s) of the character(s) you’re going to use in the role-play. Thee requirements:
a. Can be in any format but must include:
name
age
race
sexual preference
bio
appearance (animal, half-human, and beast-all three)
b. Appearance must be in art form, no real pictures.
c. Appearance should be somewhat modest. Nude or nearly nude appearances are not acceptable.

2) A minimum two-paragraph role-play sample. If you are personally invited by a role-play admin and give the special password, you do not have to include this.

3) Please limit your party to three members. If you’d like to register more than three, you must have special permission from a Administrator.

With special permission, you can open a shop in Alluria. Shop can be any of the specified types, and must be registered. Shop owners must abide by special rules. Shop owners are NOT AMINISTRATORS!

Rules
1. Shop owners can make their own shop rules, however they cannot conflict with forum and shop rules. Shop owners must abide by forum rules and shop rules.
2. Shop owners can only sell items related to their store type. All items must be appropriate.
3. Please price reasonably. For example, 550k for Avi art, colored or uncolored, is NOT reasonable
4. Roleplaying in forums must be related to shop transactions and activities. Ninja attacks are not common shop activities.
