My name is Robert. I'm currently a 21 year old Major in Greek and Roman Studies. I've decided to become a professor, and to pursue my love of the Latin language. This is my EIGHTH year of this stuff, and still loving every second of it. I'm currently taking Latin, Greek, and the Rise and Fall of Ancient Athens. Very fun classes, with the Athenian course probably becoming the most fun class I've ever had here at my college. It's all discussion, and I love jumping in on the authenticity of the sources and oral traditions....very fun stuff, and I encourage each and every person to pursue their crazy passions as well.I play goalkeeper at soccer twice a week (at least that's my goal, usually do...save for the rediculously cold weather...it's so abnormal it's rediculous B| ), chess (oh yes....I'm a nerd, what did you expect from a man on Gaia? ;D ), study hard, and RP. It's been up and down with RPing, lots of bumps here and there...things I've enjoyed, things I've regretted, the usual...But at least it's all stabilized now. Through the trials, through the fires, through it all, I've been blessed by God to have such loyal friends who when I fall, will catch me. And I know they will stick by my side, no matter what...for that, I can never thank them enough.
I'm not a saint. I'm not a "Prince Charming" that will magically sweep anyone off to some fairy tale ending...But what I will do is be a genuine person who always looks to mature and become better as life goes on. It takes a lifetime for a man to mature and become the best he can be, otherwise we wouldn't be given such a long span of time to have the chance to mature.
If you have no manners, don't bother with a friend request. Random friend requests aren't really that accepted either, I mean I know it's online, but friends are *friends* not acquaintances or people we've never met before. Come forward and approach me, appearances can be deceiving....
