Seriously wrong on two points there.

1. 06 wasn't the one who shot 09 down. 11 did that.

2. 09 isn't dead, so nobody killed him.

Also, I'd just like to point out that she wasn't in love, it was just a little infatuation, brought on by an experience in her past.

EDIT: I'd also like to point out that 11 had already apologised for his actions before the footage was even shown. Cindy was seriously behind with her report.
