I don't think fitness scales with level.. So it's not really necessary to level it first.
I recommend wish/diagnose leveled before fitness
(yes, diagnose. You're gonna need it when you Tank anything past YM wink )

It's really fast, can clear all of YM in less than 30 minutes if the crew's good. 3nodding
