You can't complete this quest in the Zen Gardens area. I'll indicate where you'd need to go in a spoiler a little later down, but it will be challenging for you to do so at your current level, as some of the spots on the map are at fairly high CL areas.

You can try your luck if you'd like, but don't stress about it- if you keep playing through the story line, you'll find the spots in the vision without any effort. That's really how this quest is intended to be completed. Like for instance the quest you did for Ian beating the OMGWTF, it's not something you can do straight away in the area, but something you'll do as a later part of the game.
