From whats been said buy the Dev's and in the Battle MMO profiles we start off getting some Rings in a Introductory tutorial to the Battle System at Farmer Bill's Ranch. 3nodding

we start off with two rings they won't be the same every time (u might get 1 heal ring + attack or 2 attacks i don't know how that works sweatdrop

Yep.

You can get free gold and items if you kill things or do other "things"

You can also craft items.
