I can't talk to Leon or Elizabeth in the game, how do I fix this?

I was with a crowd that beat Jack in zen/GL the other day, and I STILL Havn't gotten my reward grant. I attacked him and I KNOW my hit's landed. I at least want my pumpkin and the badge D: the gold'd be nice since I'm saving up for inari, but I've heard dev's complain because people complained about not getting the gold, so I won't ask for that (even though it'd be nice) I have screen shots to prove I was there, and I DID help beat him. I'd REALLY like my reward grant now. It's been quite a few days.
