Oh my Satan mine too!!! I adore pineapple. I make a grear pineapple upside down cake. And thanx for mentioning it. My husband loves that cake and I haven't made in in a while.

I love pineapple upside down cake <3. Its super yummy.

I bet you do make a wonderful cake. My mom keeps forgetting that she wants to substitute the water the recipe calls for, for the pineapple juice. One day we'll remember while making it.
