Misleading title...Anyways, I kinda need a super duper lot of help on photoshop coloring. I can't seem to get the lighting right...and well, any help I can get would be wildly appreciated.
draw a point from where the light is and then, put the shadows in the opposite places. You can actually use a friend or yourself as a model get the light pose and cast it on yourself and then see where the shadows are. usually the opposite side of the light so her legs I would be rid of that shadowing and put it all the way to the left. OuO your picture is very nice btw!

hope this helps . doing shadows and shading is a real pain but it gets easy after you do it a lot.
also where her ribs are you should take away the lines. mostly the one in the center looks like she had a second pair of bewbs .
