One word: anatomy.

Your neck looks too thick. Your head and neck are too large for the body. The shoulders slope funny. Did you use one of those stickmen thing, or at least something to keep everything in proportion? And I'll just stop there.

But I do love the boots.

The head is very unproportionate to the body.
Even for being a 'larger' type head it's just garishly large. If you shrink the head and neck down.. it may help a bit.

Umm... You could work on the shaind in general on this image. Everything that's shaded in is the exact same shade if that makes sense. Try using some variation. Here's a small example.

See what I mean? Variation in shading can give even an anime style image real life.
