Well, he has a grumpy reputation to keep- so it's rare if you ever hear him audibly laugh. But when he does it's a quiet, brief chuckle.

It's a bit raspy, lady-like, a little deep, and she's not the kind to laugh for too long.

Unless it's something hilarious, then her laugh sounds like an angry bird cawing.
