They won't die but they can leave you if you don't take care of it or feed it for awhile and then after it runs away from you. You will have to pay gold to get it back and if your really mean to your pet. Then it will be taking away and you will have to pay a LOT of gold to get it back.

I wonder why its health went down so fast. Is that normal? I'm hoping it was just a glitch that won't repeat itself. Don't want to have to pay to get my pet back even though I fed it. xD

A lot of people are having the same thing and it's being looked into. You're pet won't run away if you don't fed it, you have to be away for like weeks or months for that all to happen.

Try closing out Towns 2 and then reopening it, that's happened to me a few times too. sweatdrop
