Gaia only uses BBcode thingy-majig D:
Go to My Gaia > Account Settings > "About Me".
There, you can add things about you which will appear on your profile.
If you want to change your profile layout, you can go back to Account Settings, only this time you click on Profile Theme. Hope that was helpful! ^w^
