Its very irritating now since my friend is questing for Horns of Demon then BAM!! the prices gone up twice the price she got really angry about that since she was so close on getting it... And the ninja headband right now is like 70-100k range when 2 days ago it was 33-55k

thats how it gos on gaia all most all the items that are donated or are realy cool
go sky high in prices
there trying to make gaia realistic but its just unfar how they allow peopl to make item prices realy high sad

There has been several items that have recently hiked up very high in price recently. I don't know why it is, but it isn't something natural wise. Usually, items don't take such a high price hike in such a short amount of time and the fact that it isn't one or two items, but many is also a little strange also.

I don't have the link, but you may want to check out the GEN (Gaian Exchange Network). I believe they have some links to some other threads that take about prices of items for sale in the Marketplace.

That's because people are trying to cause inflation by jacking the prices up higher than they really are. Just don't buy the overpriced items. The marketplace is usually pretty bad about those kinds of prices.

Instead try the wanted subforum or the exchange. domokun

It's got to be the recent gold glitch and rare events increase. I check the prices a lot (I was thinking of working for one of the new price guides) and the prices were going down before this glitch hit. It proves that the economy is that sensitive.

Giftboxes and trunks went down in price shortly because there was so many, and everything else was going up. It's pretty crazy, but yeah, the Exchange is still the place to be. If the glitch is fixed soon enough, or if we can get an outlet for this new gold then the prices could drop again. If it goes on too long, well... people might stick to their prices.

Yes.. I agree very much... This fellow gaian got about 5 events in one day... Its very weird... So I guess the events increase... And damn greedy gaians want to ruin other gaian's quests...

Actually a couple of days ago (2 before the price jumps) there was a glitch which I wasn't fortunate enough to get where a lot of gaians recieved about ten rare events an hour. hmmm Ten pink boxes an hour, many gaians on line all day, lots more gold around. = Price Hike!

I would say wait for the benefit of the glitch to wear off but by that time the prices will be the same due to regular inflation.

Sorry to say unless you benefited from teh glitch you are screwed.

Yes! Same thing here! I was soooo close to getting the Horn and BAM up by 30k?? crying whats going on...do you think they will go down? *was about to ask about the shot up in prices herslef till she saw this post*

EDIT: Ah I see now...darn those glitched people *didn't know about the glitch*
