its a sprite of a possible custom character you can use in ultimate tenchaichi. which also i believe appear in the opening title sequence

The second one is called "Saiyan Hero". In the story mode of "Dragon Ball Heroes" the video game, he is called "Beat".

The first one is called "Saiyan Beserker" and he's also featured in the game "Dragon Ball Heroes". Basically he's a boy who looks similar to that of Vegeta. He wears an outfit like Broly's. And he has a hairstyle about the same as Raditz.

Also, they both have the ability to reach Super Saiyan.

Another thing, they are both also featured in the Ultimate Tenkaichi trailer basically to symbolize that you can create your own character in the game.
