I loved the first book! Its rlly hard to explain but it all just went together perfectly. My second fav is catching fire.

It's a close call between Catching Fire and The Hunger Games.
The book that killed me more inside than the other books was Catching Fire, Cinna. :'C
But for the sake of how I rate books I liked The Hunger Games the best.

Catching Fire because I actually cared about the majority of the participants. The Hunger Games was enjoyable, but the only tributes I could genuinely care for were Katniss, Peeta and Rue, so the stakes weren't as high for me as they were in Catching Fire. I dislike Mockingjay entirely.
