Where I live there's Lam's. It's the only real chinese place I've ever been to. Best food ever! They even grow some of their food in their own garden! The family has owned the place forever and they are super nice! heart

Yeah. Let's just ignore all of the steamed food. Stir fry isn't very greasy if done right. So no, go ahead and keep the bowl.

Honestly... all Chinese food is fake Chinese food.

That's why I call it fake chinese food. REAL chinese food is ******** amazing. I don't even like soup and all chinese soup is awesome and healthy as ******** agree with this statement on so many levels. It's not even soup it's like a whole meal with half the weight gain and twice the nutrients.

Yeah. Let's just ignore all of the steamed food. Stir fry isn't very greasy if done right. So no, go ahead and keep the bowl.

Stir frying is still greasy, and most of them don't measure their oil use. So one day, it won't be as oily, but the next day it may be 2x times as oily.
And the number of stir-fried food dishes outweighs the steamed dishes. Even in some soups, there is oil floating on the top.

I really want Chinese now. I haven't eaten all day... and Chinese just hits the spot. Thankfully we have a nice place in town that serves fresh sushi along with a Chinese buffet, and a Mongolian BBQ. And they deliver. If that's not crazy-awesome I don't know what is.
