Tektek Me ~ 50mil+ prize (closed)

I went on a short hiatus and there are a lot of new items now. I don't even know where to start in trying to make a new avi so I need some help. This will probably end by Sunday, April 27th.

Main Contest:
~Winner gets 50mil, but if I really like the avi the prize might be raised.
~Price limit is 2.8 billion (I don't mind if it's over by a little, like a few mil. but I will ignore it if it is a lot over)
~Only give me original avatars. I don't want something that someone else made, or that you have already submitted into other contests.
~I don't have a specific theme or color scheme that I want.
~2-4 colors
~I want something cute and well-matching.
~Semi-clutter to organized clutter
~No plushies unless it works really well with the avi
~Use the female F base
~Don't use an item more than once.
~No backgrounds

I like this a lot! Could you try it with some different hair styles though? Maybe something that will make it match more with the purpleish color in the skirt.
