Gauging Interest in a Disgaea RP Guild

I want to start up a Disgaea RP guild, but I don't really want to do it if there's no interest. I have next to nothing planned out yet, aside from it taking place in a Netherworld similar to the one in Disgaea D2. Celestia and Earth will both be able to travel to the Netherworld, so angels, demons, and human characters can all be created. OC's only, the Overlord can be challenged to obtain their title. Special races such as fallen angels, half angels, half demons, and angel-demon hybrids will be limited, it just wouldn't make sense to have a ton of them running around.

I am very open to suggestions, and may grant Vice Captain/Crew positions to particularly helpful people.

I don't know a single thing about Makai Kingdom. There's little chance of this guild happening anyways if only a single person is interested. I'm also sick of Gaia's BS, so I'm not around very often.
