However if one were to really pay attention, you might see him using his magic and charming personality to brighten the day of an old woman, or a child... even when he thinks no one is watching. He has a massive fear of commitment, due to his father drilling into his head growing up never to fall in love. This was a result of his father being heart broken when his mother suddenly left them for another man. Theo of course then never grew up with any kind of mother figure, just a slew of one night stands his father would have. His only salvation was training with his uncle to use magic, and with his aunt in learning to make jewelry. He now uses his charm to sleep around and never looks for a real relationship. He enjoys using magic and his jewelry making to impress people and get them in bed. It works especially well on the tourists who of course leave after a short amount of time.

Estella grew up with an absent father, and a mother who worked more than she was home. Estella knew her mother had a hard life, but still wished she had someone who really cared for her. She grew up constantly looking for approval and praise from people. Of course that made her a people pleaser. She was excellent in school, did sports, and ran for student counsel. She was very popular and always had friends. She went to school for business, and graduated with a bachelors. She wasn't sure what kind of business she would get into, but she really wanted to have more control over her own life. She went to nice little town in Maine on vacation, and just fell in love with it. She decided to stick around. She had a few random jobs, but was applying places to try and get some kind of management job... really use her skills. Luckily she was given a chance by the owner of the strip club. She spent some time helping manage it, but then was offered a position as a part owner. She was thrilled at the idea, and of course accepted. Not long after, she was surprised that Kara then also asked her to be her full time blood donor. She of course accepted that as well. She finally felt like she was somewhere that someone really believed in her and where she was important.

⊰Sayuri had been so excited to go to the aquarium. She knew most teenagers probably thought things like that were kind of lame... but not Sayuri. She loved going on outings, almost regardless of where they were going. But aquariums tended to be especially fun. They allowed you to see more of the ocean than you could normally see. All the beautiful creatures and different environments. She thought there was just something so magical about it all.

She luckily didn't have any issues with boats and the ocean like some of the other people who lived on their island. She understood they could be dangerous, but she never thought much about that. She just loved the smell of the ocean, the nice breeze and the gentle movements of the water. Although she tried not to talk too much about it since she knew it made other people very uncomfortable.

She was bouncing slightly as they stood in line. "Of course I'm excited!" She blurted out almost immediately. She wasn't sure who wouldn't be excited? Like why go if it wasn't going something you were excited about? She smiled when they finally got to the front of the line. Because she was a student she got in for free, so she made sure to bring her student ID with her. She got her ticket and went over to where Hide and Aoi were waiting.

She then heard Hide mentioned the exhibits they were close to. They were both good choices really. However she didn't want to just blurt out an answer. She looked down at Aoi and waited to see if she would pick one. Aoi was little and she might have some more specific preferences. Sayuri didn't care much since she knew by the end they would see all the exhibits anyway. ⊱

☽Theo knew the whole town was on edge with Casimir being killed. Honestly it made Theo nervous. Casimir had been a great leader, it was unsettling that someone wanted to kill him... and even more so that they succeeded. Theo had never been a fighter, and didn't think he'd be much help if things started to really fall apart in town. He also was afraid maybe this was specifically an attack on the coven. Maybe it was just a matter of time before whoever did this came after the rest of them... one at a time.

Of course that sounded like some silly horror movie. Unfortunately Theo couldn't help but wonder if it was true anyway. He tried not to worry much, and honestly he hadn't been thinking too heavily about it. So far nothing else had happened, at least not that he had heard about. So maybe it was just some freak attack that had nothing to do with him being a warlock or about the coven. At least that's all Theo could hope.

He however knew that there was a meeting today about selecting a new leader to the coven. Theo had been practicing magic for a long time, but he had never been interested in being the leader. So he made sure no one got any ideas of trying to elect him to the position. Just the thought of it made him ill, he was not the type to be a leader. He couldn't imagine that kind of pressure. He was sure he would have messed up pretty much right away. So it was best for everyone if he just stayed right where he was... he was definitely happier with.

Theo had finished up making a ruby and diamond silver necklace and earring set. He was pleased with it, very beautiful and of course rather expensive. Not everything he had was that expensive, but he liked to keep a few high end pieces in his store. Sometimes some rich tourists would come through, or sometimes a local felt like indulging a little bit. He looked over at the clock, the meeting should be over soon. He wanted to go meet up with Milo to see what went down.

He left the shop, he had a few employees that worked most days... as much as Theo was a salesperson, he tended to spend most of his time at the shop making the jewelry as opposed to selling it. He headed down towards Milo's shop. They weren't too far apart. He didn't see anyone in there, seemed the meeting might not quite be over. Oh well Milo shouldn't mind him going inside. He just headed around the back, surprised to find it open. Maybe Milo was there.

He headed inside. "Milo?" He called out. However as he made his way more inside, he found it was not Milo. He smirked some. "Why hello there Miss. Louise... fancy seeing you here." He said and walked over to the couch. He just invited himself to sit down right next to her. They had been spending some recreational time together lately. He was certainly enjoying it, and recently he had realized Louise was enjoying it quite a lot. He put his arm up on the back of the couch behind her head.

"So... waiting for Milo to come back from the meeting?" He asked simply. He had to assume that's why she was there. His hand moved down slightly, his fingers gently ran on her arm in an absentminded way... although every move was very intentional. She was always so wound up, he liked to see if he could coax her a bit. He thought it was entertaining that someone as serious and business oriented as her could get all hot and bothered.☾

Ryane can come off as rather stoic. She tends not to show her emotions right away. She seems to analyze and watch people closely. She's rather guarded, but once you get to know her you'll find she's full of wit and sarcasm. Once she opens up she tends to speak her mind, maybe too much sometimes. However there can be periods when she just becomes silent, turning in towards herself. She has grown spending a lot of her time surviving on her own, taking on whatever job was suitable for her at the time. However after all this time, she may have heard word about where a certain red haired vampire might have ended up.. she can't help but to see if it's really her.

▀▀▀Ryane had heard about this super awesome brood up in Maine a few times. Well not all other Broods thought it was cool. Many thought it was an insult for vampires to be living in peace with other supernatural beings. Of course others thought it was a wonderful idea and that they were very lucky. Ryane didn't care much either way. She just figured the more supernatural beings in the same area... well it was probably safer in a way... but also had a huge risk of things just going to s**t. So pros and cons.

However something more interesting caught her attention when hearing about it a few weeks ago. The brood she had been checking in with had more intimate knowledge about the Maine brood. Normally she wouldn't care much, they were just going on about various members they had heard about. But that's when it happened. The mention of a red headed vampire by the name Camber. Ryane had been absolutely shocked. She almost couldn't believe it might be her sister. At first she had no intention of going to see her... but then it just ate away at her. She had to find out if it was really her.

So now several weeks later she had finally made it. Ironically the town didn't seem all that different to other towns. She was almost surprised how normal it was, considering she knew the truth. She figured that's how it had lasted so long though, no human passing through would have any clue what kind of interesting beings actually lived there.

She found a parking lot to park in. Her station wagon was perfect for her needs. It was ready for her to pack all her things at any time and just go. Currently it was packed with a few suitcases, some boxes, and a few other odds and ends. She got out of the car and looked around. She wasn't exactly sure where to start looking. She was still slightly debating with herself if she really wanted to see Camber. She had left, and as far as Ryane had been aware had no intention of seeing her again. Was it wrong for Ryane to come to her home and ruin things?

She signed and locked the car and just started walking. Maybe she'd just take a walk around town to think on it more.▄▄▄

❖Stella knew today was going to be stressful for most of the people in town. She knew the whole thing was a lot. She had only been there five years, she had never seen the kind of break down that had happened since Casimir's death. It was a horrible thing. She hated to even think about it. She thought this place was so safe with the treaty and everything. It was slightly unnerving to her. No one knew who did it or why. What if they were after all the leaders? Kara might be in danger... not that Kara couldn't take care of herself... but Stella was still worried.

She had been doing her best not to think too hard on the situation. It didn't exactly involve her. Besides she couldn't go to the meeting today. It wasn't even remotely her place. So she was just at Kara's... waiting. Although she wasn't the best at just sitting and waiting when she was nervous about something... so she was doing chores.

She had already cleaned all the floors, dusted, and was now doing laundry. She was kind of pacing around looking for other things to clean as well. She would organize things, even if it was just squaring something up with a corner or something silly like that. She hoped everything being cleaned and organized would make Kara happy. Stella wasn't really sure what else she could do for her in the moment.

Stella then remembered some of the plants could use watering. So she went to the kitchen and filled her watering can. Her apartment was filled with plants, but when she started spending a lot of time at Kara's she began slowly bringing plants there as well. It was a huge manor so it wasn't a ton of plants for the space... but it was enough for at least a little green in each room. She just started walking around watering the plants that were due for watering.❖

Mikazuki has lived an overall average and unexciting life. The only exception is her alcoholic and abusive mother. Although never physical, the psychological damage was very real. Having a younger sister though she learned early on how to stand up to her mother and try and protect everyone from her. Of course that kind of role at a young age fed away at her all her life. As an adult her sister is safely out on her own away from their other, but now Mikazuki is realizing how damaged she is. She was always so focused on protecting everyone else she never focused on herself. Now that she is on her own, she's finding her life somewhat empty and with little purpose. She's slipped into depression, as well as a string of poor choices that just made everything worse. She's even gotten to the point of being jobless and homeless and just living in her car.

Donella was born on the island, and knows very little of the outside world. She finds it kind of boring though. Seeing the same people every day and things generally not changing much. She of course tries to find fun where she can. She has been known for playing tricks and pranks on people for her own amusement. Generally they are overall harmless, even if they are vexing to the locals at times. Although she really likes to target anyone who has ever been rude to her. Fae are known for reacting very poorly to rudeness, and she is no exception.

The only time she isn't causing problems is when she is doing one of her creative hobbies. She loves flowers and does everything from flower arrangements, to pressed flower art, etc. She'll even draw or paint them from time to time. Her powers allow her to help cultivate and grow plants and flowers, so she uses that to her advantage both working at the flower shop and in her artistic endeavors.

She makes normal baked goods, but also can make some magically infused goods as well. She really enjoys giving to the community and helping people when she can. She has a soft heart, but she isn't afraid to be stern with people when necessary. She has no problem telling people when they're misbehaving in some manner, or when they are causing any kind of problem. Sometimes people tease her about being like a mom, but she doesn't find it offensive.. there's nothing more noble than being a mother, and she welcomes the comparison.

Now a fun loving science teacher, things haven't always gone well. Not long ago she was working in the mines for Fritz. She was given a preference in the work in the mines, due to her powers being specific to rare minerals. She had to appreciate the nicer position, and not being treated as badly as the others. She could still see what was going on with those below her... and she hated it. However she wasn't really sure what they could do about it, at first. She had a hand in removing Fritz from power, although it wouldn't have been possible without Lorelai. Ever since she decided to give back to the community in the best way she could think. She's been teaching at the middle school. She loves teaching the kids about science and especially geology. Now she just brings the kids out looking for minerals for a fun field trip at a location she creates. She's more concentrated on enjoying life now that they're no longer under Fritz's control.

✬Sakiya had started early this morning. Well she started early every morning. Most of the products in the bakery were baked fresh daily, so she normally got there at 4am to start baking. Of course today was not just a normal day either. Once she finished all the normal baking, she had to start on preparation for the festival. Luckily most things they provided for the festival would be good even if they started making them now. She had special storage for big events like this as well that helped keep everything fresh.

She had been making some of the normal celebration cupcakes she normally made. However she kept one batch separate. A new special she was hoping would be ready for the festival. She was frosting them as the door opened. She lifted her eyes and saw Ryuichi come in, along with Emilio. "Morning, Sakiya," Emilio greeted with a bright grin that equally matched the sunny weather, "I'm here for backup and to mooch." "Sensei! Good morning. Have you missed us?" Ryuichi followed up in a rather chipper tone. "Well good morning. I've missed all the work you guys are going to get done." She teased them slightly. However she glanced at the clock and realized it wasn't morning anymore. It was rather late in the day, but there was still plenty they could help with for the festival.

"Mm. My cute Sensei missed her apprentices." Ryuichi said confirming she missed them. She shook her head some at the comment. She didn't know why he stilled called himself her apprentice.. he had been working with her long enough to not really be an apprentice anymore. He walked off behind her, she didn't pay much attention to it though. He said something else, that she assumed was for Emilio since she really wasn't sure what he was talking about. However then Emilio spoke to her directly. "Y'excited for the festival, Sakiya?" She couldn't help but smile at the question. "Yes.. it's busy but it's still a lot of fun." She said simply.

She noticed that Ryuichi seemed to be making up a whole plate of food. They showed up late and they hadn't even eaten. She tried not to laugh. "I'm just glad that I'm not super involved in the prep of it all." Emilio commented about the festival. She nodded slightly, although today he was helping, or at least that had been her impression. "Eat up Emilio... need your strength to get working." She teased Emilio as Ryuichi slid the food over to him. "Ugh, I love you. Marry me and be my housewife." Emilio proclaimed his love for Ryuichi. Sakiya couldn't help but smile and shake her head slightly at the two. What a bromance they had.

Ryuichi seemed to be content with Emilio being fed and turned his attention to her. "Practicing for the festival, Sensei?" he inquired, visible eyebrow raised as he carefully and precisely rolled up the sleeves of his dress shirt to his elbow. "Oh? New flavor, perhaps?" He was clearly very interested as she sprinkled a sparkly looking decoration on the top of the cupcakes. "Yes... well sort of. This is my newest attempt at the favorite flavor cupcake." She said simply. She had been working for years trying to get a recipe together that would turn the cupcakes flavor into the consumers favorite flavor upon consumption. She had gotten close a few times but hadn't quite been successful. "I figured for the decoration a play on the firework cupcake but it will burst with sparks of people's favorite colors." She was kind of excited about it. She was hoping it would all work for the festival. If not it would be fine, she'd just make her regular firework cupcakes in various flavors.

She had finished decorating... so now there was just one more step to take. It was time to test them to see if the recipe worked. She picked two up and handed one each to Emilio and Ryuichi. "Here... both of you need to test it with me." She said simply. "So if your favourite-flavour cupcake are true to form, these should probably taste like... vanilla bean and coconut. Or something really tropical," Emilio said with a grin. Well she hoped it would be. She took a bite of her cupcake, immediately the decoration went off creating a magical spark of colors much like a firework. Hers came off in red, purple and burgundy. Well at least the decoration was going off with her favorite colors like she planned. She could then taste the wonderful combination of blackberry and bourbon, her favorite. Maybe she had finally managed to pull it off... but it would depend if it worked for the others as well. She hummed slightly. "Wow... that's good." She then looked to the other two to see what they said.✬

She grew up in an abusive household. Her father constantly yelled at and hit her mother.. occasionally hitting Ilyanna as well. She did her best to stay out of his way though. Unfortunately one day things went too far. Her father killed her mother. Ilyanna fled out the window and to the neighbors house; and her father was sentenced to life. Ilyanna had no other family, and was afraid she'd just end up in the foster system... luckily her best friend's mom wouldn't let that happen and took her in. Really they had always been her real family, so being adopted was almost natural. Since then her life has been much better. However when she became an adult she felt like she needed to try and help people who were in a position like her and her mother. At first she wasn't sure how. But then she remembered what it felt like in the courtroom where she testified against her father... and how that was the first time she felt like she had any power to fight back against him. So she decided she would become a lawyer to help prosecute abusive partners and parents.

Unfortunately going to school for 7 years tends to get expensive. She did her best to work and make money but she still racked up a lot of debt in the process. Unfortunately when graduating she had to start out as a intern, but luckily got a position as a legal clerk. However none of these starting positions pay much. She finally moved up to a junior lawyer a few years ago and is finally starting to pay down all that debt.
