☆═━┈Riley Tyson Harris┈━═☆

Riley walked down the streets of Corpus Christi, a sad smile on his ever peaceful face. His camera hung around his neck and every so often he would pick it up and take a picture of a fallen tree, a destroyed house, or someone on the street, but mostly he was just walking along, listening to his iPod. He had been one of the lucky ones, one who didn't completely lose their house in the hurricane, however the part of the neighborhood that he was walking through was almost completely destroyed. As he entered downtown he found himself gravitating towards the local convenience store, where he noticed many different people that he somewhat recognized from his days in school, before the hurricane. Looking inside once more he continued on his way through town towards the park, wanting to get some new shots of the sky before it started raining again. However something stopped him, something that reminded him that he use to probably be friends with the people inside, a sticker that was peeling off the side of his camera but being held on by tape. Sighing he turned around and headed back towards the store, figuring he would get better shots after the rain had hit anyway, since then there would be a little more light, hopefully.

Upon arriving back at the store Riley was slightly afraid to walk in, though, with camera in hand, he opened the door and stepped inside. Walking over the lines of cases he mulled over what he wanted to buy, since he had always been told that it was rude to hang out in a place but buy nothing. So, after much consideration, he opened the case and took out a Sprite, before heading up towards the counter. Though he knew these people on some level, none of them close, mostly from a class or two shared, Riley was still a shy guy, and even approaching the girl at the cash register was hard because she was talking to one of the more popular girls. Though after a few deep breaths he approached the counter and stood behind the girl who, from behind he could not recognize, that was talking to, as Riley recognized, Ruby Kingston.

Attitude problem?
[ No of course not...Who are we kidding? She has the biggest attitude problem of anyone you have every met, mostly because she spends more time in the principal's office than the principal does. Most of the time she is just extremely sarcastic and rude, but you get her into a fight and she's off like a rocket. She has a short fuse and thus gets into fights a lot, with anyone and everyone, including teachers. Her anger level often rises without her own knowledge, especially when fighting, and she tends to yell and scream when she is frustrated with someone, even herself. ]

Here's my story:
[ Aemilia's parents worked in the theater, leaving her home alone with a nanny and a butler to take care of her. It was not that they didn't love her, it was just that their jobs took them everywhere from Paris to Japan on tour and a small child wasn't part of that plan, nor was it going to stop them from living out the dream. By the age of nine Aemilia had learned to care for herself, often blowing off her nanny to play in the park or go to the zoo. Her parents would then blame the nanny for losing Aemilia, fire the nanny and hired another. This lasted until Aemilia was twelve and they just decided that it was Aemilia doing what she wanted instead of the nanny, it was also the first time she got into a major fist fight at school, so far she had only gotten into verbal fights with other students. That first fight started a series of fights that did not stop, even as she entered high school, barely scraping by, in both grades, and the legal number of detentions a person can get in one year.

Aemilia had known Diana, and they had been somewhat close as children but grew apart upon entering school, thus explaining why she wasn't one of the ones who made the promise under the tree, that and she often beat up on the bookworm. When Diana died it barely effected her, except that it was a few days after her death that she had her first fist fight at school, as well as her first detention. ]

My name is Riley Tyson Harris.
But you can call me Riley or Ty.
I am twenty-one years old
My sign is Cancer.
My story goes something like this..Riley was born and raised in Ontario, Canada, even though both his parents were from the United States. He was always hiding behind his parents out in public until they gave him a camera when he was six. Riley also got into music at a young age, his parents sending him to a musical camp for youngsters. He took to it almost immediately, though wouldn't show anyone his skills with the piano unless he thought he was all alone. This lasted until he was around ten and was discovered in a room alone, playing the piano and singing by his father. He was then pushed into every single recital and show that his parents could find around Ontario. Riley didn't discover that he liked boys until he was eighteen, for he had never really found anyone interesting until that point. It happened over summer break between high school and college, he was at the beach and couldn't help but stare at all the guys that walked by him, and he knew it wasn't because they were more muscular than him, though a few were. However he did not act upon his feelings until he was twenty, having been crushing on the same guy since his freshman year in college. They dated for half a year before Riley ended it, feeling like he couldn't move forward with a boyfriend that always wanted him to look in the past.
I crave Iced Coffee, Music, Writing, Photography.
Definitely can’t stand Regular Coffee, Rap Music, Writer's Block, Bad Photos.
People describe me as short-fused, fashionista-like, a little crazy, and always moving forward.
So I suppose you want a picture Am I looking good today?
The person who calls me the most is San_Katt.

Riley approached the hotel, his feet pounding the pavement like there was no tomorrow, his breath slightly shallow, having been running the last three miles from the bus stop to the hotel. His bags were tied to his back and he looked weighted downed, almost like a mule. His purple hair stuck to his forehead and hung in his eyes, making him look like a wet dog, a purple wet dog. He stood outside the hotel to catch his breath for a few minutes before finally moving inside. He wasn't really tired from his trip, but he hated being sweaty, despite the many times a week that he ran. Though one couldn't tell from Riley's current outfit of sweatpants and a t-shirt, he was truly a fashionista, loving almost everything and anything to do with fashion, though he did have a weak spot in his heart for Wal-Mart.

After checking in Riley headed up to his room to shower, needing something different to wear, and possibly something to eat. He reached his room, and quickly dropped his things on the floor and grabbed a pair of jeans and a nice black shirt from his bag and headed to the bathroom. Once he was out of the shower and dressed he headed towards the lounge, having nothing better to do.

Song Of The Day:
Girl At The Rock Show

An angry looking teenage girl sat in the Principal's Office, her eyes glazed over and head resting against the wall behind her. She had a black eye and a few cuts on her face and arms, though nothing too serious. She had been there all day, more or less, ever since second period and was hoping to be sprung free from the death trap that she considered the Principal's Office to be. A tall man in a suit walked towards her and the girl's head snapped forward, suddenly at attention. "You may go Aemilia, though I suggest that you watch yourself. You already have tutoring and now Saturday clean up duty, after that it's out of school suspension, please try and keep from that, for your own sake." The man sighed and turned away, leaving the girl to think about his words, though as soon as he was out of sight she was up and moving.

After leaving the Principal's Office Aemilia walked towards her locker, boredom and anger quickly setting in, knowing that she would have a large amount of work to make up because of her fight between second and third period. She really hadn't meant to get into the fight with the guy but he kept edging her on and soon enough they were on the ground and she was on top of him busting his face in, luckily for her he hit her back against the wall and she blacked out or she would have gotten a worse punishment. After the fight she had awoke in the nurse's office right next to the guy and he apologized for edging her on before they were escorted to the Principal's Office for the rest of the day. In truth he had done more damage to her than she had done to him, though that really didn't matter, he was suspended and she was stuck with Saturday cleaning duty, no matter the damages, just because she blacked out.

Once at her locker Aemilia began to fill her bag with the things she would need for homework and make-up work, as well as grabbing her skateboard out of the bottom of the locker. Aemilia wasn't the best skater, but she could skate and so she did, at least when she wasn't completely beat up. Sighing she closed her locker and headed out the doors of the school, blinking hard in the bright sunlight. Slowly she began to walk home, however she decided to take the long way, just so she could stop by the park and do some of her homework there, possibly under the tree next to Diana's memorial, that was if anyone wasn't there already. Most people didn't know that she had been friends with Diana, that she still considered the dead girl to be one of her closest friends, despite them not having known each other long.

Aemilia reached the park and headed towards the back near where the old oak tree that Diana's best friends had made a promise under was, the tree her memorial was under. However Aemilia stopped short, noticing someone under the tree already, she noticed the girl as the student body president and one of Diana's best friends. Sighing, Aemilia made a sharp turn to the left and headed towards the fountain in the middle of the park, deciding to do her homework next to it instead. When she arrived she took a seat on the ground next to the fountain, back up against it and began to take out her homework. Looking it over she placed her skateboard in her lap and the work on the skateboard, sighing quietly to herself. Pulling out her iPod she placed it in her ears and pushed play, listening to Girl at the Rock Show by Blink-182, and putting it on repeat, having had the song in her head all day long.

~Let me tell you abit about myself..~
Skylar is known to be short fused and a complete night-owl. Though besides her short-fuse she is actually a pretty calm and kind person, even on the shy side of life. You see back when Skylar was young she was always laughed at for her wings, even shunned because they were black instead of white. She grew up alone, fending for herself before she found the camp to live at. Skylar was taught to defend herself and she soon began to hate judgmental people as well as idiotic ones, like those that seemed to think that all angels had white wings. It wasn't till her second year at camp that she really became to realize that she was a fallen angel instead of a normal angel, thus explaining her black wings. She had not realized that she was a fallen angel before, for she couldn't remember anything before waking up on Earth with black wings and a small necklace with her name on it, looking to be around the age of eight.

Has her ears pierced twice, as well as her belly button pierced. She is always wearing a fedora as well as a collar that often has a chain linked onto it which she connects to her wallet. Her wings, though they fold up, do not disappear and to stay folded up must be held together by something. So to keep them folded she uses a chain that connects to her choker in the front and disappears when the link is undone. Goes by Sky, Skylar, Aemil, and Aemi.

Skylar Aemilia Harris

A dark-haired figure walked through the forest, bright blue eyes flicking from side to side with each rustle of the leaves. She held a single bag in her hand and had large black wings bending and folding behind her in time with her breathing. When she reached the clearing that led into the camp Skylar growled lightly to herself, already seeing the males slowly invading the camp. It wasn't that she hated males, except that she hated what idiots they often turned out to be, and there was her problem. Stalking forward the girl tucked in her wings and attached a clip from her pocket to the collar around her neck, a set of chains appearing around her wings as she continued to walk through the camp. Upon reaching the bulletin board her face turned from a small frown to a large one, reading off the name of the guy she was suppose to be escorting around the camp the entire time. Shade in cabin three, got it. Skylar sighed and headed off towards cabin three, just to find it empty. Setting her bag down she settled down on one of the empty beds and laid back.

Bio:
Born and raised in America, Skylar only moved to England when she was ten because her parents wanted a change of scenery and also wanted Skylar to go to Hogwarts like they did. They, being pure-blooded Slytherin's wanted nothing more than for her to be the same, their one and only child. So at the age of ten Skylar was packed up and moved to England just so that she could attend Hogwarts, with all of her American ways. Her first few years in England, and at Hogwarts she stuck out like a complete swore thumb, especially because she wasn't a natural Slytherin, having a love of muggles and anything muggle for that matter. Now that she is in her final year, she is more in tuned with her Slytherin side, having a larger detest for muggles, while still liking them with a majority of her heart.
Personality:
Skylar is an all around type of girl. She is both kind and harsh, out-going and shy, calm and short-tempered. You name it, she is it, though not all at the same time. Most of the time Skylar is shy and sweet, but she does enjoy messing with people, especially people who don't know that she isn't as sweet and nice as she appears to be. At heart Skylar is a true Slytherin, being mean and vicious is in her blood and if you get her angry she shows it like a snake going after it's prey, quickly.
Pet:
A gray, white, and black owl named Storm.
Others:
Kissed a muggle girl once, never happened again.
Enjoys writing poetry.
Likes burning things, especially books.
Crush:

It was early in the morning, much too early for anyone to be awake, though a red haired girl sat up in her bed, staring at the clock, it read three o'clock in the morning. Sighing the girl got out of bed and headed into the bathroom, having nothing better to do than to get dressed for the rest of her day. The day to catch the train for Hogwarts was always like this for the red haired girl, waking up early, getting dressed, then waiting around for hours upon hours, until she could finally leave for the train station. When she left the bathroom the girl sat down at the desk facing the room and picked up something that was sitting there, it appeared to be a pencil, but upon further inspection was a wand, with intricate designs carved all over it. After rolling it in her fingers for a few minutes she flicked it, a light in the corner of the room coming on before setting it back down. She then picked up a pen and began to write, knowing she could easily fill enough paper by nine to keep her busy.

When nine o'clock rolled around a woman walked into the room to find the girl asleep at the desk, papers strewn everywhere, from the desk to the floor, and even in the girl's lap. "Wake up Skylar dear, it's nine o'clock, time to leave for Kings Cross." The girl awoke, rubbing her eyes, and removing a few stray pieces of paper from her face. She then stretched and got up, running a hand through her short red locks. Skylar then hugged her mother and headed towards the door, calling over her shoulder as she went. "Tell pa I love him and will see him at Christmas will you?" Skylar then headed out of her bedroom door and out of the house, grabbing her trunk and messenger bag on her way out.

Upon arriving at Kings Cross Station Skylar made her way to Platform Nine and Three-Quarters. She waited on the platform itself for a bit, waiting to see if she could spot any of her friends, but after awhile gave up her search and headed onto the train. She then wandered through the train, looking for an empty compartment, though at the rate the train was filling up was becoming hard. She then came across a compartment with only one person inside of it and opened the door, looking inside to find a girl with bright red hair, definitely dyed, and she was examining her wand like it was a new concept to her, except she looked to be about Skylar's age. Must be a muggle. Skylar thought as she moved farther into the compartment and closed the door behind her. She slowly set her stuff down, not wishing to scare the girl that was in the compartment, but not truly wishing to speak with her either. Though in the end she decided that it would be best to talk with the girl, since she was in the compartment before Skylar was. "Hello, may I sit with you?" Skylar was polite and stood at the entrance of the compartment until she received word from of the other girl on whether or not she could sit down.

It was early morning, for the sun was just barely rising and yet a girl with long blond hair was already wide awake and moving about the Ravenclaw common room. The fire was bright in her chocolate eyes, causing them to sparkle and dance with each flame that caught them. From afar it would appear as if the girl was simply pacing, but in truth she was playing a game with herself. The rules were simple, say a different word with each step she took, though as the game dragged on, the harder it became for the girl to play it and she soon found herself standing completely still, rocking back and forth on her feet. She had been playing the game since much earlier in the morning and had though she was known for being an early riser, she had awoken much too early, for it had only be a few hours since she had fallen asleep that she had awoke. Sighing the girl looked down at her feet, which were still rocking over the carpet and began to speak to herself, her voice a loud whisper in the silent room. "Okay Skylar, you've run out of words, time to sit down and do a little more writing." There was a pause here as if she was contemplating this action before she began to speak again, this time her voice seemed to complain, though her words seemed to make no sense. "But I can't move from this spot until I think of more words. Unless i give up the game and just go write...Yes, that is a great idea, I have been playing it for such a long time." Skylar said as she began to walk towards the nearest desk that was, for such an early time in the morning was a complete mess. She took a seat, picked up her quill and began to write. However the writing soon turned into a doodle and the doodle soon turned into a picture, the like of which made no sense. It started out as words, then became a person, and then evolved into some sort of animal.

After awhile of writing Skylar was joined by laughter and the sounds of other people from upstairs, meaning that the others had awoke and would soon be entering and exiting the common room to head to breakfast. Sighing she stood up and collected the papers from the table, stuffing them the satchel that was sitting on the floor. She then headed out of the common room and towards the Great hall. She took the long way, avoiding the larger staircases and hallways as not to run into crowds, even though it was still really early in the morning, as she headed down stairs. Skylar arrived at the Great Hall along with a few others and quickly took a seat at the Ravenclaw table. It was the same seat that she had been sitting at since her first day at Hogwarts, and she never moved from the spot, unless of course someone else sat there first, which is uncommon and very rarely happens. After spotting a House Elf in the corner Skylar waved at it, a bright and goofy smile on her face, it waved back before quickly hurrying to continue it's job. "Poor little elf. I wonder if he ever gets a break?" Skylar questioned aloud as she sat there, waiting for breakfast to begin. From her bag she pulled an old magazine, it was crinkled and almost destroyed, it had been given to her by her mother and was called The Quibbler, it was quite interesting, it talked of Nargles and Crumple-Horned Snorkacks. Supposedly it was written by the Lovegood family, which made it even better in Skylar's book.

Once upon a time there was a girl
You wouldn't really call her typical
Had her own definition of cool
She lived in her own world
She had her own style her own rules
She played along like it was usual
Nobody really even knew her name
To her life was one big game

✦ ✧ _____________☾ The Oddball Ravenclaw
A girl with long blond hair could be found day-dreaming at the Ravenclaw table, her head buried deep in a very old copy of a magazine known as the Quibbler. The girl had gotten the magazine from her mother, who had found it inside an old trunk that was stored in their house. It was slightly warped and a few of the articles made no sense to the girl, for the words were blurry and smudged from age, but a majority of them held her interest, especially the ones about the Crumpled-Horned Snorkacks. Those caught the most of her interest because she liked creatures that didn't necessarily exist, but could possibly exist in the right places. Despite the fact that the Lovegoods never actually found them Skylar still believed that the creatures were out there, and if she tried hard enough she would be able to find them when she was older, just as Luna once found the Nargles. The girl had an obsession with the stories about Luna Lovegood and her family, even as a child, she would ask her parents to tell them to her, even if she had heard them a million times before. It was these stories that led the girl to want to become like Luna, searching for creatures only rumored to exist by the rest of the world.

When the food appeared on the table the girl finally looked up, mumbling words to herself. "Poor House Elves, they really should be freed. They don't deserve to be treated that way." She then set down the Quibbler and picked up a plate, dishing out small amounts of almost everything on the table, wanting to try everything that the House Elves had made for the feast. That was her first mission as an adult, before she even went off to find the Crumple-Horned Snorkack, was to free the House Elves at Hogwarts, even if it meant figuring out a new way for the food to be prepared for meals. Sure Hermione Granger had made their living conditions better in her time but to her that just wasn't enough. Sighing the girl began to eat, mumbling something else when she took a bite and almost spit it back out for it was too hot. "Stupid Skylar, next time blow on it first, or something." Skylar then proceeded to continue eating, blowing lightly, and discreetly on her food before taking a bite. Leaning forward at one point her wand fell from behind her ear and onto the table, with a soft 'thud'. Picking it up she began to analyze it for awhile before sticking it back behind her ear once again. To say the least Skylar was a strange girl, between talking to herself and her dream of finding something that had been once proven to not exist, she could be considered the oddest Ravenclaw of them all.

After awhile of eating Skylar decided that she would look around and see what the people from the other schools looked like, since she hadn't really been paying much attention during the headmaster's speech. Next to her a girl was sucking on a sugar quill and barely paying any attention what-so-ever. The girl didn't appear familiar and her robes were not that of a Hogwarts student, much less a Ravenclaw, and the way she was barely paying attention to anything but the candy in her mouth interested Skylar. In truth the other girl reminded her a lot of herself, how she was so far out and day-dreamy, though Skylar was like that without candy in her mouth and without anything to focus on. Sighing she got up the courage to talk to the girl, her voice dreamy and almost a whisper, as not to frighten the girl. "Hello there. Your from that Excalibur school aren't you?" Skylar was direct, not even bothering to introduce herself first, a part of her manners she forgot often, especially with fellow students. Looking the girl up and down Skylar tilted her head left and right, trying to look at the girl from all angles possible. The girl was pretty, brown hair and nice eyes, color of which Skylar couldn't exactly tell from the angle she was looking at her from.

Dreaming all day
That's all she did
Ever since she was a little kid
All the teacher's thought that she was slow
She was just dreaming about her show
And when they told her she's delirious
She didn't care
She's just oblivious
She likes to make everyone curious
One day she's gonna be famous

☾♘☽ The Dark Lord's Knight ☾♘☽

Lucius stood from the computer, looking around the room once before heading out into the hall, his signature scowl on his face. However his expression softened ever so lightly when he saw who exactly was standing in his hallway, none other than one Xiona, a girl he had only seen through a picture on a website, she was even more the beauty in person. You are married with a lover Lucius, don't get any ideas, she is just here to chat with you, like in the chatroom. Lucius reprimanded himself as he walked towards her, the sound of his cane echoing off of the walls. She had her laptop out and was doing something so he cleared his throat, as not to startle her when he actually spoke. "Why hello my dear, and welcome to Malfoy Manor." He greeted her, his voice as light and gentle as he could get it without sounding weak in his own mind. Looking over her form he began to smile, tapping his fingers on the head of his cane, which also happened to be the end of his wand.

His mind soon began to drift as he stood there, looking at her odd outfit, with her odd colored hair, and the odd things he knew about her. He couldn't help but find her interesting, more interesting than any witch or wizard he had ever met, even the Dark Lord. Maybe she is the reason the Dark Lord is mad at me. I did talk about her a lot when I turned in my report of what I had learned, I barely even talked about what I had learned from Granger, though what I did learn from her wasn't of much worth I suppose. Lucius concluded, his eyes falling to the ground for a moment before returning to Xiona face.
