tab tab tab :: Keen was born in Ireland, raised there through some of his childhood. Once his family and Tier's family moved to Arcadia, his life has been a pattern of Oops... let's roll with it. At least for his younger years, and he's got a lot of years to follow. Originally, he had no ill intent. Not really. He was more concerned with living after watching the world fall apart and into horror between the uprising bad supers, and the release of the good ones. It wasn't until he got mixed up with a shady group (along with Tier of course) that he realized how fun it really was to be bad.

More of the leader of the two, Keen pulled Tier along to split off to go on their own. There's not really a reason why to go with their separation from the group. They simply followed the ideas born from a drunken night at the pub and a bar fight. Keen had inspiration, ideas, goals. They change from time to time, but they all centralize around one singular idea: have some fun.

He doesn't much care for these new 'heroes' so much, since they limit his ability to have fun. Or try to. He sees them as some kind of pretentious do-gooders. Nasty stuff. He makes it a point to poke and prod at them whenever he gets the chance.

Psionic Equilibrium Distortion ;; Combining her enhanced voice with the subtle echolocation ability, Risa can send unheard waves of distortion in a matter of waves. This effects her targets equilibrium and knocks off balance and has the high potential of causing vertigo.

Her adoptive parents found her in a box next to the garbage. In essence, she's a dumpster baby. Her parents took her in with their bleeding hearts and raised her the best they could. Not easy considering she is blind and her voice easily cost them too many replacement windows. Which meant they didn't often let her outside, and she only had them as her friends. Well, and the toys they would bring her. Since she grew into her own mentality, she'd loved dresses and the sort, and very much believed she was a female. Her parents couldn't argue, and treated her as she wished to be treated.

Unfortunately, as she grew older, they couldn't much take care of her anymore. Which landed her at SANCTUM. Risa found it as a new opportunity, and was very understanding about it. In order to make them proud, she tries her best to be her best,

▐ ▬ MANIPULATION: enoch has the ability to manipulate space and time at
his will, though mainly on the aspect of time. accelerate, retrocede, slow,
loop and altogether stop time in place.
tab — STRENGTH ( it can be used either as an aoe, or on a centralized target.
offensively or defensively depending on the scenario.
tab — WEAKNESS ( overlapping, or quickly and continuous use of these can
cause a paradox, or rip in the space/time continuum. which could be
devastating if not quickly controlled.
▐ ▬ TRAVEL: there are two different types of travel. one lies more upon
manipulation of time, where in enoch own view, he slows or freezes time in
order to get somewhere quicker. it would almost look as if he is blinking from
one place to another. this is what he does most often. the other type is
through space which would be longer jumps by created a tear in space and
time and jumping to a different sequence in the timeline.
tab — STRENGTH ( can easily be used defensively to jump away from a tight
spot last minute. both in general life and in battle, this can be used to make
him more slippery to catch and efficient.
tab — WEAKNESS ( moving more bodies at once causes much more strain on
enoch. if going through large sequences, the person being brought with him
must be touching him in some way, and often causes a short case of vertigo
on some. again, as this meddles with time, if done wrong, or if enoch does
not close a tear, it can cause severe rifts in the continuum. these, however,
are much more difficult to contain.

×. natalia benswick. However the deal worked out. cheira was built into
×. the Valhalla system as both network security, and the overall ai. she can
×. be reached through nodes throughout the entirety of the campus
×. through a holographic system, but her core remains intact within a
×. cybernetic body. what set her aside from other robots is the fact that
×. she learns from humans. her actions, thoughts, emotions, and morals
×. are all earned to her by interaction. while she is still pretty oblivious on
×. what it means to be alive she is always willing to learn and do
×. better. when she has nothing to do, she is usually found either
×. wandering the grounds, or hanging out with kelsey for one reason or
×. another.

▐ ▬ PHOTON CANON: both of chiera’s hands can transform into photon .
canons. these cannons emit a photon beam. a discharge of pure energy
at high power that can pierce through nearly any solid object.
tab — STRENGTH ( well, it’s an overpowered photon beam cannon. does
significant damage to almost anything.
tab — WEAKNESS ( it is a very strong cannon and will overheat if used for
long. the overheating can cause significant damage to chiera and make her
vulnerable.
▐ ▬ HACKING: since she is already connected to the major network of
vlahalla, she can access almost every system within the campus. she can
also use this skill outside of this if she can get access. simpler systems will
allow her to do so free of any physical connection. if what she is trying to
hack into is more complex, she will need to hardwire herself in via a jack
that is hidden in the back of her neck.
tab — STRENGTH ( immediate access into the campus security. the ability to
control simple vi and androids to work for her. can infiltrate other systems
and get vital information.
tab — WEAKNESS ( if she has to hardwire herself, she is rendered vulnerable.
she also has no control over the strength and weaknesses of other bots she
assumes control over. this is not permanent either, and with a good enough
distance, the control can break
▐ ▬ FLIGHT: chiera is equipped with a personalized aero-system. her feet
work as jets, and there are numerous balancer ports over her body that
keep her stable.
tab — STRENGTH ( ability to fly rather than walk, efficiency in travel, and
having the high-ground.
tab — WEAKNESS ( she is not equipped to carry much weight, and will fly at
lower altitudes and at slower speeds. her hands would be busy holding

×. with this knowledge, and a lot of desperation, she made the stupid decision
×. to make a deal with the spirits… for weed. yes, she so did. but now the loa
×. own her in a way. her father and uncle found out pretty quickly, kind of hard
×. not to with the smell. and oh, did she binge. as a last ditch effort to try and
×. straighten her out, her uncle persuaded her dad to send her to vlahalla. vi is
×. rather upset at the amount of disappointment her uncle and father have
×. towards her, so, she’s at least trying. mostly.
▐ ▬ VOODOO: vi uses voodoo magic, a supernatural and spiritual force of magic
that is gifted to her per her disposition with the loa.
tab — STRENGTH ( while there are several magical abilities she can dip into, she also
has knowledge of potions, tonics, and several wards. these can have a variety of
effects, poisons, explosives, smoke, lures, and the occasional love potion.
tab — WEAKNESS ( she has to make everything by hand, and must requisition for
the ingredients. there is also a matter of what goes around comes around. anything
made for devious or ill reason can come back around to her tenfold.
▐ ▬ ISLE OF DOLLS: with the power she’s been given, she can animate a number
of different types of voodoo dolls to fight for her. easily distinguished by color,
red ones will follow the target and explode. blue ones will continuously and relentlessly
attack physically (usually with a needle of some sort or stick), yellow ones create
bright flashes. green ones, which are rare, latch onto a target to cause drip poison
damage.
tab — STRENGTH ( the dolls can have a range of offensive abilities. depending on the
way she made them and the materials she used, their effects differentiate. the dolls
are small, palm size, and can move quickly and easily, making them harder targets
to defend against.
tab — WEAKNESS ( she has to make the dolls, which require materials and focus. if a
doll is made incorrectly, it has the possibility of attacking her instead. while they may
be hard to catch, they have a low health threshold and usually simple hits will“kill”
them.
▐ ▬ THE PACT: more of one of those last ditch abilities, vi can allow the loa that
she’s dealt with to take over her body. in this form, the immediate area
around her (generally a range of about 2OOm) turns dark and her own body
becomes something similar to a silhouette. her strength and speed is
amplified and she will attack her opponents relentlessly and maliciously.
tab — STRENGTH ( during this form, she is given incredibly buffs to her speed and
strength. as an area of affect, the 2OOm bubble of darkness will follow her with her
at the center, making it harder for her to be seen by whoever else in inside.
tab — WEAKNESS ( any damage she takes while in this form still hits her, but she
wont feel it until afterwards. since she is making a deal with the spirits, there is a
toll to be made. each time she makes the pact, the loa will ask something of her in
return. it may be subtle, or it may be severe. after she returns to normal she is nearly
powerless and prone to fainting.

entities, using his own body as a conduit to technology and casting

paranormal element like fire or blood.
