Besides a natural born talent of being able to read, write and spell at an early age, I wasn't born into a wealthy or high class family. Anything and everything I learned and am capable of doing on my own, I gained from education and reading books. My parents taught me the typical essentials regarding proper etiquette and respecting my elders. The A-typical grade common sense that any parents would teach their children. However, I myself payed attention enough in school from the wee ages of kindergarten, all the way to the fourth grade how to spell currently and use proper grammar. Spelling tests came easy for me and writing assignments were of no stress to me. Reading the required books during summer reading and paying attention to textbook chapters allowed me to build upon my vocabulary as well as add onto my word usage during writing assignments. This specific skill set allowed me to further my interest in both by being a member of my high school newsletter, morning announcements and yearbook team. A feat that I continued to keep up from my freshman year, all the way to my senior year. Through my experiences in school, I've dealt with the effects of rude people, ignorance and dating a few unsightly girls. However, my focuses going into college never wavered from my roots which was why I maintained my liking for writing as my primary major.

The Sarcastic Writer

Charismatic. Observant. Intelligent.
When not seen with his face buried in a composition notebook, Blake enjoys the ambiance of the cafe and pizza shop.
Because of his unsettling past with relationships, Blake isn't one for commitment or being in a relationship easily.
Contrary to popular belief, Blake is not a Straight-A student, nor does he have a 4.0. His GPA is a comfortable 3.0.
Akin to how females write personal things in diaries, Blake his his own 'burn book' which he uses to write his feelings in.
The same 'burn book' that he uses to write his personal feelings in, he also uses for random lyrics, poetry or doodling.

Personality: Still attached to the old school charms and chivalry that he was groomed to adapt to, Draven finds women to be a highly underestimated gender. Because of this, he defends them when they are belittled and comes to their aid when they are in a fight they cannot win. Born in a household where women were treated equal and had the same rights as men, Draven isn't hesitant to teach women how to spar with weapons or talk to them as if they were of blood relation. His attention to detail is paramount, enough that his memory can remind him of the most miniscule things. Often times, such things and such memorization becoming advantageous to him in the form of strategies or being questioned for detail. He likes to keep himself clean shaven in every and all aspects while balancing a clean skin tone and upkept hygiene. His physique is toned in the form of a semi-muscular man who's muscles are acceptably visible. Not in the form of a body builder where his muscles are bulging and he looks like a tank, but enough to display years of combat and healthy physical conditioning. Draven is charismatic and often times can be perceived as melodramatic when he is ranting or venting about a topic he dislikes. Otherwise, his charisma is knowledgeable and wise.

tab From hundreds of years being alive, his acceptability of the fact that he cannot die naturally was one that came with a price. He's become aware that he can easily outlive people, which is why he is naturally hesitant when it comes to relationships. Having had one already and outliving his wife, Draven was heartbroken when the retaliation of his longevity became apparent. Formerly, such a thought and realization would have been a tide turner in a conversation and would have rendered Draven to be upset. However, Draven now has accepted the terms of his longevity and uses it to his benefit as well as to benefit others. Over the years, he has saved multiple societies from raids and hostile oppressors while looking after sons and daughters of parents who were killed in action. He has traveled the world more than once and has witnessed the beauty and mystique of natural phenomenons. He has seen a number of 'natural wonders of the world'. Most importantly, Draven has made a difference when no one else had and has lived to keep his reputation and name alive in the hearts and minds of many. With no indication of him slowing down anytime soon, Draven is always looking ahead to experience the next thrill. Whether it be changing the landscape of a city, or ultimately just aiding those in need.

Bio: Born in the Medieval Ages which has also been known to be called the Early Middle ages or most specifically, the era between the 5th Century and 15th Century, Draven was birthed into the world as the son of a Knight and a Necromancer. His father hadn't known about his mother's Necromancy and obsession with Magic until later on in Draven's life yet Draven wouldn't find out till he was much older. Draven having been taught the ways and the codes to how to be a warrior and a knight, knew that this would be a career choice wise for him to undertake knowing that his father's name was a well known bloodline in his family and having no sisters or other siblings. Draven was the last one, and is the last one to carry on his father's name and legacy. Achieving the rank of Knight after years of service and serving for the king in his army, Draven was a feared opponent on the battlefield and a looked up to friend and combatant from his fellow knights as Draven firmly believed in teamwork and never leaving a man behind whether injured, dead, or unable to walk. Due to his overall manner and poise, Draven was appointed Head of the King's Army at the age of twenty-four and held his new found responsibility and title with pride.

Fighting with his majesty's army and leading them to multiple victories, Draven was introduced to his first encounter of magic and enchantment when a mission instructed by the King to be a simple seize and control of an enemy stronghold located in a higher altitude snow covered mountain. Which became a desperate fight for his own life as well as the rest of his majesty's army as a series of Frost Trolls, Witches, Necromancers and Magic Casters had ambushed Draven and his fellow knights. Leaving Draven half-way dead floating along an ice cold ravine and his men spawned around him dead, disfigured, dismembered and destroyed. Hearing word upon the battle's end, Draven's mother rushed to the mountains and found Draven's body with his skin a pale white in blueish tint and his life slowly fading away. Mastered in the art of Necromancy as well as Spell Casting and Conjuration, Draven's mother read beside him from a Spell Book granting the spirit, essence, blessings, and powers of Ice to bestow upon Draven's spirit as well as her spirit and magic knowledge. Taking her own life and sending her spirit to live on inside of her son to save him. Arriving to the scene minutes later, Draven's father having seen the sight of his wife with a dagger through her heart, surrounded in pools of blood and Draven's body covered in a sheet of ice, drove him insane.

In a desperate attempt to save his son, he had smashed away the ice construct bounding Draven inside of the ice block and took Draven's body home. Summoning the best nurses, medics, and even priests to bless Draven's lifeless body which was then laid upon a bed covered in blankets and sheets up to his collarbone, Draven's father prayed beside Draven's body. Both day and night wishing for a miracle and Draven's body to returned to the land of the living as Draven was all his father had left. Being tended to day and night and having all anyone could do for him at that point in time, Draven's spirit was slowly becoming awoken by the charge and combination of his mothers soul entangled with the spirits of fallen Ice Mages and Wizards. One week later, he was opening his eyes and showing signs of life. Unable to remember anything from his past as well as who he was and where he was, Draven had to undergo a series of mentally stressful and irritatingly long processes by his father to remind Draven of who he was. Only having retained in fully his fighting experience, his knowledge, his speech, his intelligence, his leadership, his personality, and his newly acquired elemental powers which he hadn't even known he was blessed with till a year later.

Within that following year, Draven not only gained back the memory that was lost from years ago but had to endure a series of unfortunate events resulting from ridicule from the King himself for being responsible for the death of his men. From the passing of his father due to the winter season and how his old age could not handle the climate change and temperatures, to eventually being stripped of his title of Knight due to arguing his case to the King and having no mercy or clemency given his way. Fed up with his life and those around him, Draven fled from the kingdom wearing a full attire of armor as well as a black tattered cloak, a one-handed sword made with the blade of a great sword, a knapsack containing all of the spell tomes and books that his mother had left in her wake. As well as charms, crystals, necklaces, rings, and any article of clothing or sentimental value that his mother and father owned. Located in another backpack was his father's belongings in the means of weaponry and clothing, also any piece of jewelry he could find. Also gathering books, family heirlooms or things of value he could use to never forget where he came from and the two most important people to bring him there.

Loading up his bags and tying them to a trusted steed owned by his family, Draven set off in the middle of the night to venture back to where he was found dead only to find the tracks belonging to that of Frost Trolls and footprints belonging to humans. Tracking them down until he stumbled upon a hidden abandonment that housed a family or two of mages, Draven with pent up rage and fury dove into the scene. Slaughtering each and every one of the mages limb from limb until he stepped in nothing but blood and saw nothing but dead bodies left and right. Utilizing his new-found abandonment to his advantage, Draven spent the remainder of that year living in solitude. Letting his horse wonder back to the stables at home while keeping his bags with him and utilizing the many books within the abandonment to learn his own enchantments. To which he discovered his special gift of ice and used that as a determination to learn all he could and practice until he was expertly proficient in the arts. Burning each spell book he read after learning and perfecting each and every spell he could learn, Draven's magic intelligence by the start of the new year was that of a Master Elementalist. This being achieved due to having the solitude to train on his own without distraction and the determination to utilize what others see as a curse and an abomination as the exact opposite.

Left with only a certain amount of belongings from his parents all residing around jewelry and clothing, Draven made enchantments on four rings. One ring on each index finger and one ring on each ring finger with the enchantments of Ice and the blessings of his parents. All four rings being sterling silver and having the same precious stone in them, Sapphire. Utilizing the rest of the jewelry and crystals to enchant his sword with ice capabilities, the only thing left by the end of the week to remember his parents by were those very rings he swore to never take off. From that day forth, Draven would eventually venture into the world and never change appearance as the icy blood that surged through his veins gave him the preservation to maintain the same look and shape as well as never visibly, mentally, or physically age. Only to age by how old he was as the birthdays went by. Days became weeks. Weeks became months. Months became years. And Years became decades as Draven was alive to live through all of the changes in the world, having seen the worst of events, lived through the darkest of era's, experienced the worst that weather and life could offer and see the beauty of mother nature and what she was capable of. Now, Draven continues to wander around the world experiencing new things and blending in with the changing times.

People say I'm: Handsome, to say the least. Working on a ship for all of his life has built his muscles and body to be a prime shipmate and crew member. Strong as he is courageous, Garret is also a talented swimmer and has saved the lives of many men who have fallen overboard. Mildly hedonistic when intoxicated, Garret often tried to flirt with women once he has drank his fill and his primary aim becomes to roll in the sack with said woman. Smooth talker and romanticist, Garret has a way with words that would borderline the symbolic flow of poetry. Intelligent, wise, knowledgeable. Anything that would rectify years of experience from being out at sea would fully encompass Garret as a whole. Occasionally cocky and overly confident at times, Garret has never had to deal with the issue of self confidence. He has a respect for everyone he meets, but a cautionary view of people from first glance due to his history. However, Garret always enjoys peace and quiet to the sounds of the ocean waves.
My life is this in a nut shell: Garret is a man who was quite literally born out in the sea. Having been delivered on the Captains bed of a British War Ship. Thus because of this, his origins reside in Britain and that is alternatively where his accent comes from. However, his accent nowadays is a mixture of British Pirate. Garret's childhood was spent on the ship, learning how to tend to the daily life of a crew mate in miniscule and very small fragments. At the time, he wasn't allowed to be a crew mate due to his young age. But his willingness and interest in becoming one ended up allowing to help out here and there. Earning him the nickname "Tadpole" due to how inexperienced and young he was at the time. And having yet to earn his sea legs for that matter. Eventually earning his spot on the ship in the crows nest, Garret found out first hand what the theory of 'hold on tight' truly met. Almost falling out of the nest if it wasn't for quick thinking and an available rope hanging nearby to clutch and swing on. For multiple years further, his roles around the ship shifted as new recruits were brought on board.

Garret had learned and mastered multiple areas of combat such as swordsmanship, closed fist fighting and self defense. His favorite of all of them had to be the musket due to the sound it made before, during, and after a shot had been made. The spark of flint and cloud of powder made him smirk everytime. His life on the ship however was eventually cut short due to an indifference on the ship that ended up with him crossing the plank. Captain had been given instruction to shoot and kill all Merfolk simply to capture them and skin them for their scales. Garret, did not approve. After witnessing a beautiful female of the Merfolk kind become tortured and nearly cut down, Garret had intervened. Making the choice to shove men out of the way and eventually toss the mermaid overboard to save her ended up with him being exiled from the ship immediately. Having taken the choice to cross the plank as opposed to death, Garret spent most of his years on an abandoned island in the middle of sea before coming across a town that he would utilize to change his life around.
